When he initially came to look things over, it sounded like he had a great plan because we wanted the new water heater in the garage instead of the crawl space. He gave us a price, we decided to go ahead and get it done. I tried as did my husband to reach him we left messages and he never returned our calls. I missed a call one day and redialed the last call and it turned out the last call I made was to the plumber because he answered! So when I realized who I called as did he, he told me he had not called us back because "He has been too busy and can't do the job right now"! He then said he would be here the following Thursday, which he was and did the job. We have some questions on this water softner and have left him messages and again....no response!!!
Description of Work: Installed a water heater and a water softener.
