Terry from B & W was recommended by a friend who had an egress window installed, as we were looking to do. Terry was out of town for a week or so. Another gentleman came to the house, gave us some ballpark numbers, thought perhaps we could get away without even doing a well. Then Terry got back into town and flat out refused to do the work for any price saying he did not want to deal with the Creve Coeur permitting process. So my wife and I wasted two weeks of back and forth communication with B & W just to politely be told that they refused to do work in Creve Coeur (something it seems like we should have been told on the initial phone call). Plus I think this should be an example to you have how "above and beyond' this company is willing to go for you if issues that require extra time on their end for your project. To be fair, I have sent the mayor of Creve Coeur a complaint also expressing my dissatisfaction with the city for making permitting such a pain.
