They had a coupon for doing a routine service. They are here when they say they will be and they do what they say they are going to do. They inform me if there are going to be any issues that may occur. I trust them because I have had my furnace from the last 12 years now and have not had any issues with it. If I did have an issue then I would call them then they would come out and fix it. They have answered all my questions if I have had any at all; they are very professional it. They are knowledgeable. Every time I have had a service guy come out he is not there to try and rip me off. The owner lives two blocks away from me and I pass by his house every morning. They are competitively priced.

The reason why I like them is because the first time I used them I was having a problems with my indoor unit. All the companies I called before, wanted to sell me a lot of things I did not need. But when I called Frank he said lets clean it first then see what happens. They try to fix it before buying a new one.

The price was very reasonable. They always come out when they say they are going to come out. They do a really good job. We have been using them for several years now to take care of our system. In fact, they even replaced the whole system, the furnace and air conditioner, three years ago.

Woke up to a very cold house and found the main floor furnace not working. Called All American, was told that a technician would be available a little later in the morning and that he would call before arriving. Within two hours I received a call and Jeff arrived ten minutes later. The problem was quickly determined to be a failed thermostat. I appreciated that Jeff told me that replacing the thermostat could be a 'do it yourself job' and I could purchase one at Lowes or Home Depot. I asked Jeff to go ahead and he quickly installed a new thermostat and programmed it to my specs. In addition Jeff did some minor maintenance to the furnace. This is the second time I have used All American and both times their technicians were knowledgable, professional and courteous. I will use them the next time I have a HVAC problem.

My initial call was answered promptly. They scheduled to come the next day, and showed up when they said they would.They were professional and courteous. They gave me an explanation for what needed to be done, and did not try to sell me service or parts not needed. I was allowed to use a coupon that I had for their company to perform the A/C cleaning.The initial fix didn't completely solve the problem (they did tell me that there might be a bigger problem, but they did not want to charge for parts I might not need) They came back that evening, and did not leave until the problem was fixed. I was impressed by their professionalism, knowledge, and promptness, and was very fortunate that I didn't have to wait DAYS for this problem to get fixed.I would definitely use them again for any A/C issues.

This was perfect service! While the outside temperature was 5 degrees, I came home at 3 pm to a 58 degree house. I called All American at 3:05. The technician Gary called me back in 4 minutes and was at my home in 10 minutes. By 4:30 pm, he was done and the furnace was working! And because he was so prompt, I avoided the $40 emergency service, which was much appreciated. All in all, very impressed!

The call was on a Sunday and he was one of the few that could guarantee a service call. He had the recquired parts, was effecient and explained what he was doing and why. Even though we had to pay a little more for the week-end call, we were quite impressed that we were able to get immediate service on a week end.

They are honest and they only sell me what I really need. They are punctual with their appointments. They are good about getting all of the servicing done quickly. I give them all A's for their services.

My furnace was starting up and shutting down continuously without blowing any heat. I didn't find out until I got home around 3:30. I called a few companies who all had extra charges, either an after hours charge or a service charge plus a diagnostic charge. One of the companies called me back to yell at me because I wouldn't except their hidden charges. I then signed into Angie's List and found All American who was upfront, had no hidden charges and were quick to respond. Gary the technician was clean cut and professional. He addressed the problem quickly and had it up and running. I would highly recommend All American. I will be contacting them again soon for spring maintenance on my air conditioner.

It cost more than advertised, but that's because they had to replace more than we thought. They were very nice and friendly, and, in fact, I already had them put me on their list for next year. They are also good to follow-up on things and check-up on you.

Gary was very informative and answered my general questions about our HVAC in our home. He performed a water test after seeing cracks within the cells and advised me that there was no water visible at that time.

My air conditioner stopped working at the hottest part of the summer. I called All American Heating & Cooling but they do not service my brand (Lennox).

It wasn't until I had Kris from All American out to do a furnace tune-up that I realized how much I was ripped off last year by another company! From the moment Kris arrived, he was courteous, knowledgeable and incredibly informative. He not only checked & cleaned every single part of my furnace, but also showed me how to light my pilot light and how to attach one of my furnace doors I had struggled with. The company I used last year tried to "scare" me into buying a new furnace. Kris assured me that my unit had very little rust, was durable, if not energy efficient and would likely be good for a few more years. Such honesty impressed me, and I didn't hesitate to buy a maintenance agreement because I feel I can trust them when it comes time to tune up my a/c in the spring. Dealing with All American Heating and Cooling was a refreshingly positive experience in every aspect.

It was really hot last week, and I was very pleased that All American was able to come to our home the next morning which was the ideal time for us. Kris was the service rep who met with my husband. He checked our inside unit and explained that the coils should be warm, but not hot to the touch. Our coils were unfortunately hot! He examined the outside unit and recommended cleaning it. After he cleaned the unit, he also showed my husband how he could clean it by himself in the future - which obviously saves us money if we choose. He also pointed out that since our yard has settled, the unit is leaning. He got some bricks out of his truck and re-leveled it for us. I don't even think we were charged for that. Overall, Kris was at our home for about 45 min - 1 hour which was great. He was also prompt which is a requirement with us. We are very pleased with the company and we would feel comfortable using them again.

Very responsive. Called at 8AM on a 100+ degree day and the service tech. KRIS was out by 10:30 AM. He diagnosed the problem, made the repairs and serviced the rest of the unit. They responded as promised and fixed the problem as required. Kris was knowledgeable in his job. I would recommend their services.

HE WAS VERY CONSCIENTIOUS BY TAKING HIS SHOES OFF WHEN COMING INSIDE ONTO THE CARPET.

I HAVE HAD TO CALL THEM FOR OTHER PROBLEMS. MANY TIMES THEY HAVE GIVEN ME ADVICE OVER THE PHONE. THIS HAS SAVED ME BOTH TIME AND MONEY ON SERVICE CALLS AND PARTS.

FRANK HAS ALWAYS BEEN FRIENDLY AND VERY HELPFUL AND GAVE PERSONAL OPINIONS. GAVE ME A REFERRAL TO A BASEMENT FOUNDATION REPAIR AS WELL.
