Very professional. Good communication skills re seeded patches that did not fair well and with no charge. Fair in every way This is the second part of my review for Freedom Lawn. Jonthan did not complete work he was commissioned to do. My story is now identical to the other reviewer. Showed up without previously calling. Work completed with the sod was beautiful, but the next spring 3/4 of the sod did not come up, but the sod did leave us with clover and weeds that I have never seen before He was going to put in a drainage ditch, but would when he had equipment in the area. Never had equipment in the area, I guess? His reasoning for the sod not coming up was 2 part. One, we had too many weeds in one area and two, the trees prevented the sod from coming up. I'm not an expert, but I didn't buy these reasons. He did prep the ground before sodding. I can see things not working, but I can't see not following through until the paying party is satisfied. He took down 3 trees from the ground and charged 1,000 dollars for approximately 7 hrs. work. He was asked to clean up a tree that was hit by lightning and was a tangled mess. He cleaned up everything except the largest part because he didn't have a large enough saw. He worked on the tree one day for 500.00 and had a helper the first day. The time spent for both days was approx. 7 hrs. I wanted this to work out as this was our first endeavor for someone else doing yard work, but it was a horrible experience.
