We also service and install in commercial applications. We sell the best American made products from companies like MD Manufacturing, but can service all brands both new and old. We also specialize in retrofitting central vacuum systems into existing homes, and can usually do so without having to cut holes or open any walls. We are dealers for and install the Hide-A-Hose retractable hose system, which stores the vacuum hose neatly inside of the piping when not in use. We accept most forms of payment including check, cash, all major credit cards. No job is too big or too small, and no job is too far away. "If I could give a zero I would. They gave us a time to be to us between 7 am - 11 am. Then was told they would come after lunch. It’s almost like and can’t get ahold of them they finally answer and say they will be there at 4. Call at the 3:50 and said technician was in route and will be there at 4. It’s 5 and no one ever showed up still could not get ahold of anyone. Very disorganized and unreliable company to hire."

"Only rating 1 because it doesn't go lower. Had a new unit installed end of Sept 24. First time power goes out on 11/5, no electricity. When tri state sells you a product, they pitch their amazing customer service with all these guarnatees of knowing when your unit is out before you know and having someone there within 24 hours etc. Well, the first call we make we are told it will be the end of Nov to get someone out to look at it. 3 weeks. Nobody shows up. Then we get a call that says "your appointment on Dec 12 has been canceled and the earliest we can get to you is Jan 16th. This is 2.5 months wait to get service to fix a nearly $20k unit, that is upcharged because of the excellent service. You can't get anyone to answer your call. you wait on hold for 20 minutes, then have to leave a voicemail in which you will not get called back. Based on my experience, find someone else and pay less. Even if the service is bad, which it can't be worse than this, you save money! @kohler"

"This was amazing! I had no idea this service existed. After searching and contacting various repair places for my washer, this was the most cost effective option. I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."
