Description of Work: Textured and painted kitchen and family room ceiling. Also wired for and installed recessed lighting.

Description of Work: We had Missouri Restoration and Construction replace an exterior door that had some wood rot, repair some drywall tape that had come loose and/or warped and did some painting. Darrell did great work. We are quite pleased with the work and plan to use Missouri Restoration and Construction again.

Description of Work: They remodeled an entire bathroom for me.

Description of Work: House was hit by lightening, and burned all of the electrical. Had to replace wiring, plaster, paint and refinish woodwork. Excellent service in every area from examining the walls, outlets, and appliance. Every member of the crews were friendly, did excellent finish work and always asking if everything was wanted we wanted. Worked with us on budgeting what insurance did not pay. Now calling back for a remodeling job. Would/will hire in a heartbeat again.

Description of Work: Removed door that leaked rain water @ deck level and replaced damaged lumber. The replacement lumber and construction technique is better construction than used in the initial structure... very good job... very durable construction.

Description of Work: 1- Repaired water damage from upstairs kitchen to downstairs family room. 2012 2- re did a downstairs bathroom - install shower insert, redo walls and tile flooring. Hung new doors throughout the house. 2013 3- re did a upstairs bathroom, ceramic walls and floor, install new counter top. 2013 4 - installed railings on front porch 2014 5 - same for out last bathroom. 2014

Description of Work: I had a room added to my home. The foundation was already there from the previous owner who built an extra patio. I had a room added that has it all. Lots of windows. Ledge for storage and desk use. Painting and Siding. Exterior door added and a pet door in the wall. It is an awesome addition. I think a picture of this room may even be in their flyer. It turned out very good and I have MANY uses for this room. I am currently working with them to remodel my kitchen. They are definitely my "Go to Guys" when I need most anything done to my home. They are very professional, clean and always make sure I am happy with the results.

Description of Work: I have used Missouri Restoration for years for many projects and their work is always excellent. I became acquainted with them through my insurance company (State Farm) when I needed a new ceiling after some roof damage. I was amazed at the difference in the quality of work and the public relations with them.. They are soooo neat and clean and make certain I was happy with the job done. I have since even had them come and cleanup after hiring another company to install a jet tub for me because at the time I didnt know they did plumbing. The first company left my house in such a mess that we had to install new dry wall. It was really unbelieveable. I learned that my "Go To " guys are the Missouri Restoration crew. I have called them when my mother backed into my garage and couldnt close my door when it was packed with household items because we had just moved and I was trying to combine 3 households. They were out immediately. And it was the owners who came out because it was now after hours but as usual they were there for me. My lastest project was to remodel my mothers home down by Branson Missouri. It was winter time and things were kind of slow so I made them "An offer they couldnt refuse" I t wasnt that great an offer but I was a good customer and they wanted to be there for me. My parents had lived in a rural area of Branson on Tablerock Lake. My father died last year and I needed to sell their home. It needed a lot of work. My father had always complained that he could never find any help to get anything done in that area. Either you couldnt get anyone to come out or they would come once and never come finish the job. I didnt know what I was going to do. I knew who I needed but I couldnt imagine that they would go that distance to help me out. I had a lot of work done. Putting in walls, new doors, extending the master bathroom and installing a very nice tiled walk in shower. All new flooring and new counters and backsplash in the kitchen and bathrooms. All kinds of electrical work, bringing things up to code and new lighting everywhere. Even lights above and below the kitchen cabinets. Usually I am guilty of added to my needs list as things go along, but they never seem to mind and have always been there for me.Last week I needed wooden boxes built for some raised gardening beds to do some square foot gardening. Daryl did such a nice job. My yard is very uneven and he built in wedges so it would look just right and look even. He treats everything like it was his own. As usual I added projects on while he was working and he saw to it that they got done too.

Description of Work: We contracted Missouri Restoration and Construction to do a lot of exterior and interior work. The biggest piece was the exterior work--power washing and staining our house, detached garage, deck, back porch, a long stairway, and two bridges (on our 3.3 acre wooded lot). Everything was weathered natural wood, and it had degraded over time until it was discolored and the wood was deteriorating. We also asked them to replace our back porch steps and railings, making the steps wider and more gradual. As for the interior work, we asked them to tear up a rug in part of my office (under my desk) and lay down laminate flooring (Pergo), and to remove pet-damaged carpeting in my office bathroom and replace it with porcelain tile. We knew they were the right company for the job because we'd used them for the restoration of our garage after a fire in October 2011. They did a great job with that so we gave them a call when we decided to go forward with some other badly needed improvements and maintenance.
