+ -1 moreI've used them for probably five or seven years and unfortunately we live out in the country so we can't get cable. Their price has gone up a lot. We really dislike that they have pay-per-view movies and since we're on a cell phone system we can't get it because we don't have a landline. We've tried numerous time to get the set up for using a wireless connection to help with that, but they won't send anybody out to hook it up and take care of it. While we have satellite TV we can't get any pay-per-view and the follow-up on service is like nonexistent. We can't get somebody out here to fix this thing and if they come out they're going to charge you an arm or leg to do it. It's crazy.
