He doesn’t know how to speak to people kindly. He’s very condescending and doesn’t do things by regulations. That’s why they don’t want to work when other contractors are around. He cussed me and my kids out because he blocked the roads and when we asked how long we would all be blocked in her got upset and started cussing at me and being very rude and ignorant. He blocked my neighbor In her driveway and made her late to work and laughed in her face almost like he was trying to taunt her. Says he can do whatever he wants. Has no respect for women at all. Do not use.

They arrived when they said they would and very polite. They were the least expensive ones. They were very honest. They did a great job.

I contacted Higgins plumbing on 8-30-13 to arrange for an estimate for 9-13-13. I eventually called them and they said they weren't to keen on the idea of other contractors being there on the same date, and that they would not be showing up. This was going to be a large $ amount, if they did not want to do the job they could have called and told me so, not just leave me hanging. Will not use this this service in future.

He is very good at what he does. He is very efficient. If for some reason you have a problem within 45 days, they will come back and fix it for free. He will work with the crew if they are having a problem. The overall experience was excellent. The pricing is excellent. He is punctual, responsive, and professional. I use him all the time.
