Patrick was a straight shooter and took his time explaining my options and waiting in a decision. He did NOT try to upsell, be secretive or shady in any way. I felt like he spoke to me like 1 of the family. Ultimately I decided to repair, but will most likely buy a new unit from PRoMan within the next year.

Proman was responsive to my initial call and sent a technician the next day. Technician was very efficient and explained what he was doing at every step and offered reasonable solutions without pushing us into expensive options.

They came out in less than 24 hours and fixed everything. Patrick and Alicia were amazing. So helpful and sweet. Would recommend 12/10.

We had a dryer vent relocated in our home. We had a slight misunderstanding about how to run it, but in the end the job was exactly what we wanted. The installers were polite and courteous the entire time and completed the job when they said they would.
