Patrick was amazing. He came out quickly on a holiday weekend. Our heat pump was not working (just bought the place last spring). Quickly Patrick was able diagnosis that it was not wired up correctly. He rewired the unit and got us back up and working. Patrick was very courteous of our place, covered his boots when he came inside, etc. We would definitely use Proman again and will be referring them to all our friends in the area.

My 93 year old dad had called several different heating and air companies to come out and look at his furnace....no one showed up. After only 1 phone call with Proman HVAC & Mechanical we were assured the problem would be resolved and it was!! They have went above and beyond to make sure my dad was taken care and I would highly recommend this company to all my family and friends!

The technician went over and above with this project. In the end the entire HVAC had to be replaced, as it just wasn't safe and was malfunctioning. He kept in constant contact with me to make sure that everything he was doing was fine, and he explained every phase of the repair and ultimate replacement to me and al so attempted to save me some money where he could.

Great guys! Didn't try to push something on me that I didn't really need like other companies have. Pricing was fair. They had great customer service skills. I would recommend them!

We just moved to the area and needed to have our questionable HVAC system serviced. Proman scheduled us right away, called to inform us when our technician was on the way, and then our tech, Patrick, cleaned and repaired the air conditioning unit -- both inside and the outdoor unit.
