 + -1 moreThey're very good at what they do and offer reasonable prices. They get authorization before performing work. When you bring the computer to them, they have you fill out a sheet and indicate when approximately the service will be completed.
Description of Work: They provided a computer clean-up to remove viruses. I've been using their services for at least a year.

 + -1 moreI am not a computer guru so after dealing with issues for several months, trying to fix myself, I knew I need professional help. So I went on Angie's List!!! And this was the first company that came up. Jason came by to repair but ultimately took back to shop to upgrade--AFTER I went over ALL the issues I was having, he stating he would fix them that same day and get CPU back to me next morning. When I called to change delivery time, Bryan Leohman, owner, answered and said Jason was sick (it is amazing how many service people in this area get sick--well above national average!) and he was working on computer. He ended up loading Word Perfect--all my documents were saved in either MS Word or Works---and all my documents with exception of those on desktop change to Word Perfect--AND THERE IS NOW NOTHING THERE!! I nearly went ballistic. My printer wasn't loaded; my desktop icon font size hadn't been fixed, nor the size of the icons! There were a number of other issues that hadn't been resolved! It took me hours to figure out how to change my documents back to Works and/or Word--AND NOW I HAVE TO GO THROUGH EVERYONE OF THEM TO CHANGE INDIVIDUALLY! Will take me weeks to change all my documents!!!! I am overwhelmed just thinking about it as I have hundreds of documents!!! I know once I log out of this I will think of more--Oh, I placed three calls to them: one last evening at 7pm, two this morning, second one at 8:55am--what company isn't open at 8:55am. Said it was my last call or I would have to take other steps. That didn't even prompt a return call--and they work out of their home!!! Called me at 9:30am (so pathetic)!
Description of Work: That's the problem--what they did--and didn't do! Only did part of what was suppose to be done, but individual I went over everything with took CPU back to office and turned it over to someone he did not give all the instructions to, nor knew really what he was doing!

Description of Work: When you walk in, its like you entered their living room. Brian and Michelle Loehann are long time locals who make you feel at home and instill a comfort level that you didn't believe existed anymore. I needed my computer repaired and it was done by the next day at a fair price. I also have ambitions to build a golf simulator in my home and now have confidence it will be completed by next week. Brian has offered advice, expertise and even installation support. If your need anything related to computer sales/service they have it or will find it quickley. If you still believe in trusted mechanics, doctors or even insurance agents these people are for you.
