+ -1 moreYou don't have to sign a contract, and their rates are very low compared to everyone else. He owns the business and performs the work, so you are dealing with the owner, which I like. I will continue to use him for sure.
Description of Work: They come twice a year to spray garage interior and house exterior for pest control.
