I have been disappointed with Matt's attitude with us. We had a completely new septic installed in 2023 by this company. The work came in at the high end of the quote which was fine but we had a small dispute with them about some electrical wiring they had to fix. We agreed to split the difference. I am taking 400 dollars on a 20k plus system. Matt's attitude regarding that was not professional and I didn't like how he handled it. We are young new homeowners and this was a huge expense for us. Giving us a ton of grievance over 400 was off-putting. Second it's been a year since the install and we have been having issues recently. The system keeps turning off and we are not entirely sure what is going on. The pump doesn't seem to be working and there is a bad smell coming from area. It seems the entire system is not running at all. We contacted Matt at the begining of the week to get help. It's Thursday today and when my husband called this AM he said they were in Union working and not sure someone could come. This is an emergency in my mind. The system is not working. It's unprofessional to say you will send someone out and then not give us any info. We have been avoiding flushing the toilets or showering in fear of what may happen. I will update review if they get it fixed ASAP but we may need to contact another company who will actually help us.

A&M were easy to work with. They handled all the permits with the county. They came and completed the septic tank replacement in one day. There was minimal down time. I would recommend this contractor to anyone.

Matt and his team were professional, efficient, friendly, considerate and had everything done the same day within hours of showing up. ! Am very pleased and would recommend them to everyone. Very happy with their work and fast response. Just a wonderful company.

They were quick and prompt. Did great work. The only caveat is, at least at the time of my repair, weâ re not accepting credit cards. I will use them again if needed.

Once you pay him, good luck getting him to return a call. I recommend calling him from different phone numbers or he will never call you back.

Septic pump died at 4:00 pm on Friday Christmas Eve Eve Day. Called in a PANIC! Matt Schaper (owner) called me back w/i 2 mins. Saturday, Christmas Eve day, at approx, 9:00 a.m.Russell (service man) was at my home and put in a temp fix so we could use the septic system for Christmas. Monday, day after Christmas, Russell and Roy back to install a new septic pump! TWO THUMBS UP AND FIVE BIG STARS! This company SAVED our Christmas! GREAT SERVICE!!!!

We had an issue with our Advantex septic system overflowing. They found the issue and spent most of the day cleaning the filtration box. Works perfect now. They also did some work on the drain field to bring it to code. They were very responsive and professional.

My septic alarm went off last week on one of those 10 degree nights , so I called Matt at A & M septic next day. Matt sent out a knowledgeable and professional crew the next day (bitter cold again) to diagnose and fix the issue. They were done in a couple hours, and my septic is working great. Matt was easy to deal with, professional, and prompt to respond. His crew explained the issues to me and quoted me a price before they started. Helped us out by getting on the job quickly and worked through a solid rock issues with a minor up charge. Clean up needed to be better but over all happy with Matt and his crew.

Crew did come out to make the repair. Owner was rushing crew to complete the job and this affected the proper installation. A critical process in the installation was missed and it resulting in a less than perfect repair.

Mark was very quick about responding too are need's. Very Professional courteous knowledgeable Very reasonable. I talk to him and explained our problem and he diagnosed the problem over the phone the man was correct. Came out the next morning and fix are septic tank. Mark and his crew or very efficient very polite very nice. It to relieve stress of the unknown. I would recommend this company A& M to anybody.

My septic tank pump stopped working on a Saturday, they came out and diagnosed the problem on Sunday, got the parts and fixed it by noon on Monday. Fantastic service! What more can you ask for?

Called in early afternoon with a drain field issue and A&M was out in a couple of hours. They repaired in on the spot, same day. What excellent customer service especially since I could hardly get other companies to even call back. A&M will be my go to company in the future.

Way too expensive, he took advantage of me selling the place and charged me $200 an hour plus $250 for the Sunday call, so I was charged $850 for 1h and 45min of his actual work but he charged me for 3h of work because he even counted the time he went to pick up his tools at Home Depot and the time he left his house he said.

Matt Schaper did an excellent job. Still has a little grading work to do weather permitting. Would I recommend him, absolutely I would. So if you are looking a man that will give you an honest days work and price on the project, you found him. Matt Schaper (636) 262-9100

We were having trouble with our septic system and called a competitor of A&M three different times. They told us over the phone three different times that there was no problem with our system, it was just a wet year (without ever coming to look at our system). When I called A&M, they responded immediately - inspected the system the very next day and discovered the distribution box was completely corroded and not functioning. They arranged for our system to be pumped by ALL STAR Pumping (also great work!) and replaced the distribution box - problem solved within two working days! The results were obvious in our yard within a couple days. Great professionalism, great service, and great value. Don't settle for less with the competitors, A&M Septic does great work.

He came out immediately on a Sunday to tell us what was wrong. We needed Roto Rooter, so he made an appointment for them to come out the very next day. He was such a help when we had no idea what to do!

Matt is a very dedicated individual that will work tirelessly to get the job done right. We have more work to do so we will have him do the rest for us. He s a double 👍👍!

Very quick response to my request, came out quickly and diagnosed my problem. Quickly repaired my drain line and stopped the leaking water into my septic tank.
