Everything was completed and cleaned up

I felt the price was reasonable. The worker was very pleasant and did some extra shifting around for me. I had no problems with scheduling an appointment.

All pre-work calls were returned quickly. Provided a reasonable estimate. Work was excellent and everything was cleaned up. Tree looks great.

I called to get an estimate. The gentleman was very prompt and professional. Though he gave a good bid, I had another service do the work.

I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for tree services. He is cheaper than anybody you will find in tree services.

Steven was polite and on time for the estimate. He said he could remove the stump the next day. He and another guy brought a huge stump-remover into our backyard. The other guy stayed for 3 hours, and did a very thorough job. They took out the wooden roots trailing down the hill. It was all removed to depth of approx. 18 inches. They left the mulch at our request.

Overall I was very satisfied with the way my trees were trimmed. The staff knew a great deal about how to correctly shape the trees. The limbs were all removed and the yard was raked clean.

THIS WAS THE SECOND TIME I USED THIS COMPANY. THE COST WAS REASONABLE FOR THE AMOUNT OF WORK DONE, STEVEN CAME OUT, AND GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE, KNEW ALL THE TREE TYPES IN THE YARD, AND EVEN EXPLAINED WHAT SOME OF IT WAS I DIDN'T KNOW WAS THERE. CLEAN UP WAS DONE, AND THERE IS MUCH MORE LIGHT GETTING TO THE YARD NOW. THE TREE HE DID LAST YEAR LOOKS BETTER THAN IT EVER HAS. I'M LOOKING FORWARD TO SEE THE NEW TRIM JOBS NEXT SPRING.
