mr. Eisenbath was punctual both for the initial estimate and for doing the job. He referred me to sources for the wallpaper and prescribed the amount needed. when the materials arrived and other contractors had completed their work, he did the wallpapering. The result was an impeccable job.

He was very very polite. I really enjoyed having him and his partner here. They cleaned up after themselves.

Tentatively scheduled a date one week before; Ralph stated he would call the day before to confirm the date and time. Instead, he called on the day stating he would be over in about half an hour. The price and quality of the work was excellent.

The transformation of the bathroom was amazing. Ralph was extremely professional and pleasant to work with. I needed the work done quickly and he was able to fit me into his schedule. He arrived on time. I had no reservations leaving him to work as I went to work. He cleaned up everything. I would use him again without reservations.

Job went exactly as Ralph explained from the estimate. He arrived on time with his helper and was finished when he expected to. He cleaned up nicely too. He did a great job.

Very conscientious. Stopped by early to make sure everything was ready. Kept to schedule. Very nice installation. Very clean and tidy work.

RALPH APPEARED AS SCHEDULED TO ESTIMATE. WE DEEMED ESTIMATE REASONABLE FOR AMOUNT OF WORK TO BE DONE. BROUGHT ASSISTANT. BOTH WORKED QUICKLY AND WITH QUALITY. KEPT WORK AREAS CLEAN. A REAL PROFESSIONAL JOB OF INSTALLATION INCLUDING SEALING EDGES OF PAPER WITH CAULK IN KITCHEN AND BATHROOMS SO THAT PAPER WOULDN'T PEEL AWAY. THIRD MAJOR REPAIRING JOB WITH THREE DIFFERENT COMPANIES. THIS WAS FAR AWAY THE BEST.

Everything went great. Ralph Eisenbath and his assistant came early, worked steadily, and completed each room in a day. They vacuumed every area they walked in (even the mats in my bathroom) and cleaned up thoroughly. Ralph is the ultimate professional. He gave me a reasonable estimate for the work and did exactly what he promised. He has tremendous integrity and a work ethic not often seen today.

They arrived at 7:15 on the very snow morning of Feb. 1, 2008. I figured they wouldn't come or would be late for the 7:30 start time. They were extremely careful in laying down tarps where they walked to keep our house from getting wet. They shoveled a path to the house!! The helper apologized for not shaving due to the early start due to the weather. They did a first rate job with the paper, cleaned up beautifully, were very nice and courteous. Ralph graduated from the United States School of Professional Paper-hanging and this is what he does and he does it well. My husband and I are very pleased.

Ralph returned my call immediately. Came over within 24 hours to bid the job. Explained things thoroughly. Set up a time to do the work. Was here on time. He and his associate worked quietly and efficiently. His work is excellent and every detail attended to. They cleaned up thoroughly before leaving. I will definitely hire Ralph again for my wallpapering needs. (Also, his rates are very reasonable).

Ralph is a total pro. His work is outstanding! He showed up on time to give me an estimate, his price was the best of the three bids I received. Ralph worked with me when I called him to tell him the project had changed slightly. Ralph came by my home a second time to pick up the wallpapers to do some prep work with them, and check out exactly what he would need for the job. Three days later he again showed up on time to begin the work. He and his assistant completed the job in one day and left every area of my house that they worked spotless when they left.

Very Disappointed, since his previous reports were so good.

Ralph and his coworker arrived at 6:30 am and immediately got started on the work. They have a great routine and work well together. The job was completed by 4:30 pm and everything was put back into place. They hung my towel racks and Ralph even painted the master bathroom ceiling since the prior job had glue that seeped onto the ceiling. I am using these guys again in April. Excellent workers!!!

I thought Ralph was extremely helpful and professional and his bid was reasonable. We decided to remodel the bathroom instead of re-wallpapering, but would definitely have hired Ralph to do the work and will freely recommend him to others.

Ralph did an exceptional job. He has an extreme attention to detail, and is very professional.

He is fantastic. They are on time. No one would know that is was wallpaper. It is unbelievable. I don't even allow my children to touch it. They even vacuumed my stairwell and cleaned up. It is perfect. I have never known people who would do that. It looks better than it did when they came in.

HE WAS EFFICIENT AND WAS THERE WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD BE. IN FACT, WHEN HE WAS EARLY, HE WOULD WAIT IN HIS TRUCK AND DID NOT BOTHER US. THE QUALITY OF WORK EXCEEDED ANYTHING I HAVE EVER SEEN, INCLUDING TAKING THE AIR VENTS HOME AND WALLPAPERING THEM EXACTLY LIKE THE REST OF THE WALL! HE WAS CLEAN, EFFICIENT, HELPFUL AND OFFERED SUGGESTIONS. HE WAS EXCELLENT!

RALPH'S BID WAS FAR LESS EXPENSIVE THAN OTHER BIDS, THE WORK WAS SPECTACULAR. THE GRASSCLOTH INSTALLATION IS PERFECT. THEY EVEN COVERED EVERY OUTLET, AND LIGHT SWITCH WITH GREAT PRECISION. I WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE HIM AGAIN.

HE TOLD ME WHERE TO PURCHASE THE PAPER and EXACTLY HOW MUCH TO BUY.

RALPH AND HIS ASSISTANT, DAN, DID A BEAUTIFUL JOB. THEY ARRIVED ON-TIME, STARTED WORKING QUICKLY AND EVEN CLEANED-UP AFTER FINISHING THE JOB! THEY WERE POLITE, FRIENDLY, AND WILLING TO ANSWER ANY AND ALL QUESTIONS. THE PRICE WAS QUITE REASONABLE. AT LAST, I HAVE FOUND A PAPER HANGER THAT I CAN CALL; AND KNOW THE JOB WILL BE DONE RIGHT!!

RALPH AND HIS ASSISTANT WERE A PLEASURE TO HAVE WORKING IN MY HOUSE. THEY WERE CORDIAL, BUT ALWAYS FOCUSED ON THEIR TASK. THEY WERE PROMPT, VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND CLEANED UP AFTER EACH DAY'S WORK (THE JOB TOOK TWO DAYS). CLEAR CAULK WAS PLACED AT THE BOTTOM OF THE WALLPAPER TO DETER ANY LOOSENING. THE TRIM AROUND DOORS WAS ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. RALPH IS TRULY A MASTER OF WALLPAPERING, AND I WAS DELIGHTED IN THE FINISHED APPEARANCE. HE EVEN MOUNTED A NEW CLOCK ON THE WALL FOR ME AFTER HE FINISHED. HE WAS EFFICIENT AND WELL WORTH THE EXPENDITURE. A TRUE PROFESSIONAL!

RALPH WAS EXTREMELY POLITE AND FRIENDLY. HE WORKED QUICKLY AND NEATLY. THE WALLPAPER BORDERS WERE HUNG PERFECTLY. I WAS REALLY THRILLED WITH HIS WORK, AND THOUGHT HIS PRICE WAS EXCELLENT. I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO HIRE HIM AGAIN OR TO RECOMMEND HIM TO OTHERS!
