Ralph was professional, timely, thorough in the explanation of the work and aftercare of the paper. He provided assurance that if any bubbles lingered beyond a few days, he would return to fix it. He left the work area spotless. Price was right. I highly recommend him.

All around excellent experience. Polite, timely return of phone calls, scheduling flexibility, thorough explanation of services provided for the fees charged. Ralph prepped walls and hung a woven paper in my dining room. He arrived on time, clarified the work to be done and asked if had any questions or concerns. His expertise was evident in the efficient manner work was performed with the entire job including finish details and clean up completed in under 6 hours. Quality is superb, barely visible seams that disappeared after painting (stucco texture, paintable wallpaper). clean corners, and perfectly plumb lines. Ralph is consummate professional, pricing is very competitive and the end result exceeded all my expectations. I will most certainly use him again.

The bathroom wallpaper was originally put up 2 years ago by a different company. It was starting to come loose at the seems. I did not want to replace it yet, so asked Ralph if it could be reattached. He said it was fixable and he would be able to the following Saturday (a week away). He gave a price of $65, which I thought was very reasonable. He called the next day and asked if he could come by on his lunch and get it knocked out. It took about an hour and looks great! I'll definitely use him again.

Ralph is a good communicator and is very punctual. He clearly enjoys his job and is highly professional. He does what he says he's going to do. Both areas he worked on came out beautifully.

I called and left Ralph a message on a Saturday. He called me back later that day. He came by and bid the job on Sunday. My schedule was flexible and he was able to work me in a day earlier then the initially agreed upon day, which was perfect for me. My job was a small one but it was a fleece mural from Germany that spanned four rolls. The picture is highly detailed. He hung it perfectly. He was punctual, polite and very professional. He answered all of my questions while performing the work. I wish all of my interactions with contractors went as seamlessly as this. Should I have the need, I won't hesitate to use him again.

Ralph was very efficient and professional. The wallpapering job looks wonderful, in addition to the other small touches that he provided. When finished, he cleaned up everything and vacuumed the carpeting in the living room, where he did the wallpapering job.

Ralph's work is exceptional. It is obvious that wallpaper is his specialty and he treats it like an art. He went above and beyond what he agreed to do by giving my baseboards and archways adjacent to the walls he papered a fresh coat of white paint because they were scuffed up - at no extra charge! I chose some paper from the HGTV collection by Sherwin Williams and it really adds a great accent to my rooms by just papering part of the room. It's refreshing to find such an honest, talented and professional local business owner and I plan to use him again for any future wallpapering needs.

Ralph did a tremendous job us. He was prompt and very courteous and professional. The job was completed timely and workmanship was excellent. He comes highly recommended.

It went great. He showed up on time and finished in a timely manner. The wallpaper looks great too! It really transformed our kids rooms!

Don't even bother calling anyone else. Ralph exceeded my expectations. He is very professional, knowledgeable and meticulous. My room turned out far better than I could have imagined. He and his assistant Jeff were punctual, friendly and cleaned up after themselves. He does have a wait list. I was scheduled a month out...no doubt he was worth the wait.

He was very professional. He really seems to know his business. You can tell he has been doing this for a long time. Our house is almost 100 year old and he did an absolute wonderful job. We have very expensive wallpaper and he went above and beyond and did amazing work. Every night he cleaned up very well after himself and he was never in the way.

He did an excellent job, the room looks terrific! And he left the house and the bathroom spotless. He attached new fixtures, except for the new light, which he explained needed someone who knew more than he, since the old light had two wires and the replacement has three. He was pleasant and good-tempered throughout and did his work quietly and extremely compentently.

Ralph is truly an artisan! He did a terrific job in my 73 year old kitchen with all of it's arches and tight spaces. He took great care in protecting my newly refinished hardwood floors. He covered all of the flooring in the entry, dining room and kitchen, and did an excellent cleaning job before leaving both days. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing wallpaper hung in their home.

I highly recommend Ralph Eisenbath! He did an absolutely beautiful job hanging wallpaper in my home; his craftsmanship and attention to detail are fantastic. He came on time to the job, was extremely professional, and did quality work. He went above and beyond the job as well- i.e. wallpapering a small vent, touching up trim paint, covering switch plates- many things I wouldn't have thought about. I'm so thankful I found Ralph on Angie's List, and look forward to being able to use his services again.

He was absolutely incredible. He was precise, and everything was perfect. He was was incredibly knowledgeable and skilled at what he does.

I have a bedroom that had razor like slits in the paint finish and I wasn't sure how to cover it. Ralph suggested wallpapering based on similar situations. About 4 days after the wallpaper was put in, it started peeling off including the paint to the drywall. It wasn't his fault but he immediately referred me to his brother who was a painter and could fix the drywall. He gave me a total refund (materials and labor) because he was unable to solve my problem. I didn't expect that and not many people would do that.

.Ralph came out a month earlier to review the job and provide and estimate along with a date he could do the job. He was very punctual, professional and courteous. He completed the job as scheduled, did a fantastic job and his invoice was to the penny what he quoted. Would not hesitate to use his services again.

He provided me with an estimate on the spot, which really impressed me. We set a date at that time, and he arrived on our scheduled day promptly. Ralph is very thorough, and pays great attention to detail in his prep work. He not only hung the wallpaper, but he draped every area where he needed to walk and cleaned up after himself extremely well. He was very professional and neat. I've had several companies hang wallpaper for me in the past, and he tops them all. I really, really think he is excellent!

I cannot say enough good things about Ralph Eisenbath. He is a true professional. He responded immediately to my inquiry regarding my need for wallpaper services. We had two meetings prior to the installation during which he explained in detail the process, offered pricing, and took measurements. During the second meeting, he took our wallpaper home with him so he could have it precut and ready for the day of installation. Ralph and his assistant arrived early and on time on our scheduled day and worked diligently pasting and hanging the paper. Ralph is an amazing perfectionist. I would say that he is more than a wallpaper expert, he is an artist. He has been in business over 29 years, and it shows. He is very detail oriented and the paper was applied beautifully! In addition, he removed and reinstalled curtain hardware, covered outlets, plates and vents with the paper. And he remedied my mistake -- I had one non-matching wallpaper double roll, and he used it inconspicuously so no one would ever be able to tell. Ralph promptly returned my phone calls, was able to schedule appointments around my schedule and on an accelerated timeline, and did good work. I though the price was a little high for the size of the bathroom (it worked out to appx. $30/hr - 7 hrs), but not unreasonable. For the price, Ralph was meticulous in his prep work, and even painted the ceiling when he was finished - a job I had on my list of to dos. Overall my experience was a very positive one and I wouldn't hesitate to use Ralph again.

He did a good job. He did the downstairs bathroom and the guest bathroom upstairs. He did a very nice job putting it up. We were satisfied with it. He was pretty quick. He took a day and half to do the work. He was very good. He was very personable. He was here on time. We have no complaints. The price must have been reasonable otherwise my wife would have not hired them in the first place. We never look for the cheapest. We subscribe to the fact that we get what we pay for. The quality of work was good. We called him. It did not take him long to come out here and do it. He worked with us on our schedule. The 2 mornings that he was were here, he came early. He was very professional.
