They did a very good job. They were very willing to listen to what we wanted. We wanted to use a renewable material to cover the floors. They showed us a wide variety of choices. We selected one and they came onsite to measure and discovered that it would not work for a variety of reasons so we selected an alternative. Even with the alternative they had a number of styles and choices to choose from. The materials were ordered and delivered as expected. They were very cooperative. Another contractor was not as punctual and did not adhere to the schedule we anticipated so they stored the materials in their warehouse for a matter of months. It was longer than we anticipated. When it came time to install they were very skilled and efficient. We were very impressed with the results and how they handled themselves. There was one small problem we noticed after the job was done and a representative showed up the next day to correct it. It has been working out very well ever since. We purchased the materials from them and they also did the installation. It was a very unusual and pleasant experience dealing with them. We couldn?t have been more impressed and we would recommend them. Everything was handled very professionally. We had seen the materials and services offered for less money. They would be the first person we would check with in the future.
