I paid a deposit of several thousand dollars in March. It is now mid-May, and I cannot get the scheduler to pin down any start date.

The work was excellent. The plasterers did a fine job as did the carpenters.

The entire experience from start to finish was outstanding! I am working in Alaska & contacted them through my property manager initially. She was very impressed by the man who came out & gave us a bid for the work. He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, & honest in what would be required for the job, not trying to sell us more services than we needed. The work was started & finished quickly, & very satisfactorily done. I completed the payment for our new account over the phone with a very capable member of office staff. We will definitely be using their services again & it is a real plus that such a variety of construction & remodel jobs can be completed by the same company. And that no job is too small! I have an over 30 year large cedar deck that needed new boards, power washing and painting. The workers were prompt, very professional and did an amazing job. I couldn't be more pleased.

Replaced 2 full sheets of drywall on ceiling after putting in insulation between rafters to R30. Textured ceiling to match rest of room and painted whole ceiling and the 3 walls that have paint on them. Job completed in three days and it looks great.

I'm very pleased with the look of the remodel and my hall way and family room(s). Very competent workers. Finished in a timely manner.

Crew showed up on time and completed repairs on the rear of our home and then went to the front gutters and cleaned them out. The crew was respectful and cleaned up after the job was complete. Would hire again.

They have received payment of 7041 and upon completion will receive $3971 from me and 3028 from the insurance company. I need the bathroom and shower walls retiled with straight lines and balanced tiles. I have pictures as to the unevenness. The tile needs to be grouted, the sink and electric and plumbing need to be installed, and the bathroom and bedrooms sanded and painted. I also have provided the owner a an itemized list of siding issues for which I have paid in full, but still is not completed. My understanding was that I paid all that was required through the insurance company. I have a list of 20 or 30 items that they have yet to finish. I brought up some issues that I had with them regarding tile and grout work, and they then gave me a bill for almost $8000.00 additional and expected me to pay that, plus an additional $350.00 to replace the tile that they installed incorrectly and uneven. When I was unable to pay the bill that day, they packed up all of their stuff and left. The work is unfinished in all of the rooms. I also paid them cash to replace 3 sinks and now they are saying "what money", and the sinks are not finished either.

Arrived on time. called ahead as requested. Worked hard. Carried away all waste requested. Area left clean. Would DEFINATELY RECOMMEND and will use in future.

They were good. They were responsive because when I had a problem, they came right back.
