This company has changed their policy to have 'bidding' so its a negotiation every time you need your lawn mowed. They also implemented a 2 day cancellation period for $15. If you cancel prior to 2 business days you will be charged this fee. I paid $19 on Sunday October 23rd to have my small yard mowed. I was not happy with the bidding so I waited until Wednesday October 26th to cancel. I was still charged $15 even though i was well past the 2 day period. The only reply from the company was siting the 2 day policy. No response when I questioned the fact that i paid and ordered on Sunday and cancelled Wednesday. I have my paid receipt and cancellation email to prove the time period in question. This company got greedy and will lose business and reputation.

This has been a disturbing experience. Not only did the contractor attempt to extort $20 from my wife while she was home alone with our 2 year old and 6 year old. He was very uncooperative in a message exchange we had via the website. I advised both the company and contractor I would reach out to Angie's list and suddenly the ENTIRE DIALOGUE (which would have been very damaging) between he and I via the website was purged/gone! Unethical and immoral business practices I reached out via a "complaint" to lawnmowingonline and the response I got was simply a a quote of their policies and procedures. They did not address ANY of my concerns Such as: When will my lawn be mowed? I have concerns for the safety of my family as this contractor knows where we live This contractor attempted to embezzle $20 from my family My lawn still has not been mowed, The company has my $19 and shows the order as "completed" I asked the "complaint" department of the company to go in to my account and READ how this contractor addressed my concerns as a customer. He was EXTREMELY unprofessional AND this about the same time the messages/dialogue disappeared!!! There's more, but that is enough In addition (though not directly related) my wife then decided (after the contractor left) that she would attempt do it herself. We only have a weed eater and the weed eater mangled the top of her foot (I have images but do not see a way to attach them) NOW our lawn is un mowed (though we paid for it to be mowed) and wife has a severely injured foot in summertime when she has to do things with our children very disturbing, anxiety provoking and horrible experience. The company does not respond or care as their client is not us, but the contractor. Their "complaint" option does not respond accordingly
Description of Work: NOTHING. One of their contracts came to our house to mow the lawn (the service for which I had already paid via this company) However, the contractor (Leigh Anne) demanded my wife give him $20 additional or he would leave. Which he did without so much as ever turning on his lawnmower. THEN the order was "completed" as if the service for which I paid was performed. NOW Lawnmowingonline has my family's $19 and our lawn is not mowed

LawnMowingOnline took zero responsibility for this scheduling issue, offered no apology for not having anyone come out on the day they said they would, and charged me a $15 cancellation fee. There only response to my request was that they charge a $15 cancellation fee, even though my yard was not cut on the day they said it would or even the day after that. VERY shady company with horrible customer service. No phone number on their website to call either, all communication is done through email. Learn from my mistake and hire a grass cutting service that you can talk too and that is reputable. This company seems like a total scam.
Description of Work: LawnMowingOnline was suppose to cut my grass on a mutually agreed date. They failed to show up on that day. They did not come the next day either. So after 2 days of not showing up, I went online and cancelled my order. I then hired a different company to cut my grass and asked for a refund from LawnMowingOnline.

You don't speak or talk anything with them. You can just put in your information online and they would send someone to do it and it always been different people. So far I didn't have any problems with them.
