This is a great company with great customer service. The crew was very professional and did an amazing job!! My air is now ice cold!!

The owner Bob was very responsive, professional and overall a great guy. His crew who provided the service were courteous and professional and did a great job. The price was lower than other quotes and a very fair price for the work. I had two area rugs and a large oversized couch with a chaise and chair cleaned. I would definitely recommend this company.

They were very professional and explained every thing in detail what they were going to do. They cleaned up most of the dust and debris that came out of the vents. They were careful try not to scratch the ceiling and wall vent area. I would highly recommend this company . Unlike the other companies I talked to Kwik Dry charged a flat fee, the others charged by the vent.

Called ahead to let me know they were on the way. On time. Results were great.

The company was VERY responsive to my needs. I own rental property and could not be at the location while they were cleaning the carpets. They arrive on time and completed the project within the time expected. I was having an open house and they came through for me. The carpets looked great!

They did a good job and the price was right

Staff was friendly, prompt, explained everything they were going to do. Worked in a timely manner. Very courteous and professional, but poor results on the dirtiest spots. They did tell me that there may be some areas that don't clean well....and they were correct. My real estate agent was very disappointed in the service. She felt that those dirty areas should have cleaned up better. I took the cleaners at their word that was the best they could do. I will try another company next time. If i knew i was going to get just a mediocre result, I could have saved myself a lot of money by going to another company.

Steve, great PR person for the company, was knowing, works hard, lets us know exactly what's happening. Missed a spot, but I don't hold it against them. I'll use free spot remover. Well pleased.

Two prior attempts to clean the carpet in our family room were a failure . We had all but given up . We thought Kwik Dry would be our last attempt . They got it right ! the first time ! These people know what they are doing . And they are easy to work with . Additionally , their prices are very reasonable. They will be the first service called when we need carpets cleaned again. One small , really small point......it takes a little more than 4 hours for the carpet to dry ......however , not enough to cause me not to recommend them highly .

Great Service!!! I needed a large living room, hallway, and two stair cases cleaned. There were a few stains (red juice/kool-aid) that I had tried for several months to get rid of (even several times with a residential carpet cleaner) but was unable to. These guys came in and cleaned these carpets like new! The stains are gone!!! They were completely professional, polite, and extremely reasonably priced. I will be using them again in the near future and would highly recommend them!

Great Service. Both service men were professional and friendly. Very pleased with the results of the duct cleaning, noticeable improvement in air quality and reduction of daily dust accumulation. Would recommend this company for quality work at a reasonable price.
