Did a great job. Didn't charge me for a couple of extra things they did. I had a question afterwards, and they called me right back. Super customer service. Will definitely hire them again to clean my carpets next time.

Carpet did not dry for two days---not happy about that, but overall good service.

They did an excellent job and worked really hard. Unfortunately, they didn't get the doggie urine smell out of the room where our puppy resides. I am going to call back though and see if they will reclean and spray the room again for odors. The owner was very professional, so I doubt this will be a problem. And then I will change all my ratings to 5's.

I WAS VERY IMPRESSED BY THE TECHNICIAN WHO CLEANED MY CARPETS. HE DID A GREAT JOB. OFFERED ME A SERVICE TO FRESHEN UP PET ODORS AND STAINS, GAVE ME A GOOD PRICING ON IT. WHEN I TOLD HIM I WAS NOT SURE, HE SAID TO THINK IT OVER. NO PRESSURE. AFTER HE WAS FINISHED, WE BOTH AGREED IT WASN'T REALLY NEEDED. LOOKED GREAT AND STAINS CAME OUT, I WAS VERY PLEASED IN OVER ALL JOB. HE EVEN MOVED SOME OF THE HEAVIER FURNITURE. I WILL DEFINITELY BE A REPEAT CUSTOMER AND WILL DEFINITELY SPREAD THE WORD. THE PRICES WERE GREAT TOO. I HAD CALLED AROUND AND GOTTEN BIDS OF $200 UP. TECHNICIAN WAS ON TIME AND DID HIS JOB QUCKLY. DID A BETTER JOB THAN I THOUGHT BECAUSE I HAD BLOOD STAINS AND COFFEE STAINS, ETC,,, THAT I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET OUT FOR YEARS. THANK YOU STEVE. WHEN I FIRST CALLED I EXPLAINED THAT MY AUNT WAS COMING TO VISIT AND THAT I NEEDED TO GET IT DONE A.S.A.P, BOB SET ME UP FOR A FEW DAYS LATER. BOB, I REALLY APPRECIATE THE FAST SERVICE. YOUR COMPANY AND STEVE MADE MY DAY. SPREADING THE WORD AND PRAISES AROUND LINCOLN COUNTY.!!!! THANK YOU.

The staff was friendly and professional. They took extra care in removing urine staines from my rogue puppy! I was charged less than I expected, as they did not need to use a cleaning treatment included in the estimate they gave me on the phone.

Kwik Dry Carpet Care was very thorough in cleaning our carpets and couch. They used pet-friendly products with enzymes to remove any pet odor.

Bob, the owner and his employees Mike, Mike and Steve were very prompt, courteous and professional during the entire time at my house which was 6+ hours. They cleaned my carpets, wooden floors as well as air ducts and the end results were outstanding. I was very pleased and the cost was reasonable for the service they performed. cleaned up after themselves

I made an appointment. They called about 30 minutes prior to arrival. They were friendly and explained their process. They cleaned up after themselves. They made a suggestion for even better performance for my heating/cooling unit.

Michael and Mike did an amazing job!! They cleaned all vents and cold air returns ...explained everything to me. They didn't mind my nosey-ness ...I really wanted to see what was going to come out of the 30 foot dryer vent :) ...TONS of lint and one dead bird ...gross lol. After today's experience I'm calling to schedule carpet cleaning with them next. I highly recommend them.
