Very friendly and prompt. He explained everything up front and even did a little extra. I would definitely do business with them again.

Responded quickly to my request for carpet cleaning. Used other carpet cleaning companies in the past, but this one exceeds all the others. Better carpet cleaning and especially the stains. Plan on hiring them again in the near future.

Their response was quick, description of work clear. They did leave some cleanup on carpet and one vent not replaced. Very friendly and helpful.

Kwik Dry was hired to clean ducting and vents, Contractor was not on time. They caused damage to my plaster when removing vent covers. The house was covered with a film of dust when they finished. Contractor failed to call damages to my attention before leaving. They were more than anxious to sell other services, even before the service for which they were contracted was complete. On the positive side, I think the ducting was cleaned pretty thoroughly since the air quality throughout the house appears to have improved.

They responded right away and had an immediate estimate for cleaning my wool area rug. I was very surprised when they said they could be at my home the very next day, especially since it was a Saturday! By the time they arrived, I had discovered a couple other areas that needed to be cleaned and it was no problem. I was quoted an extremely reasonable price and they did a fantastic job. I will definitely use them again!

Kwik dry was on time, professional, dressed neatly and I felt safe with them in my home. They worked quickly and did exactly what they said, plus a little bit more for free when they saw another matching rug. They also left me a spot cleaner as a gift.

Bob called me immediately after sending him an email on a Sunday night. He picked up two 8x10 area rugs the next day. One rug was 12 years old and never been professionally cleaned, it also had a bad urine stain due to my sick cat. The other 8x10 area rug was new, purchased within the last 6 months but had a bad chemical smell to it. Time was not a factor as these conditions were my foremost concerns. Bob reported cleaning them several times and treating them even airing them out to dry during the nice days we had. He returned them just as promptly as he stated. I am extremely pleased with the results and plan to use him again in the future!

The guys were wonderful. They call when they are are their way and they did an amazing job! I had scheduled the appointment just to clean the rugs but before they came our sump pump failed and the basement carpet had quite a bit of water. They were able to save the carpeting and it looks just as good as new! Bob Giese and his employees are very professional and very easy to have around the house. They treated my house like it was their own. They offered great suggestions too!
