Kwik Dry Carpet Care, LLC

Was educated on the fact and meith on what really causes carpet to become dirty and warn. My carpet need cleaning from both normal use and and on top of that tare out of the plumbing and stack pipe of two bathrooms of a old house. We did keep up with the general cleaning but the carpet suffered. It came to replacement later if the cleaning did not work. I will not have to replace. I did the hold house three floor that is about 75% carpet. All came out Excellent.

The owner called me right away after I inquired about cleaning services on Home Advisors. They were very professional explaining exactly they were going to do and asking if anyone in the house had any allergies to the product they were going to use.

Arrived on time and were very efficient. My carpets were dirty and some very bad sopts. They got up almost all the spots and tried to get up the two very difficult ones without success even with enzyes applied. My carpet loks great except for thos two sposts which I cannot blame fhem for in not being able to remove them, even though I was charged for the effort. I would use them again.

I was thrilled that this company could come out on very short notice. Very good thorough work and great results. My technician was about an hour late, though he did call and give me a heads-up that this might happen. Professional work well-done, I will definitely use this company again and recommend them to others.

The owner of the company (Bob) is very personable and acts quickly to answer any questions that you may have. They came in and cleaned our 3 year old sectional/sofa and did a pretty good job. There were 2 or three stains that did not come clean but I don't think that is a reflection of his work ......old stains are stubborn and we should have had the service done sooner. I would highly recommend Bob and have already given his information to two of my relatives.

The guys were pleasant and very professional, they explained to me what they going to do and how. The company came to perform their service as soon as they could, and I appreciated this very much.
