Description of Work: Kounty Cleaning cleaned about 1800 sq.ft. of tile flooring i my basement. I was quite pleased with the results, but discovered the next day that they had failed to clean under a washer, dryer and refrigerator. I took care of that area myself. I believe this was an honest oversight on KC's part, and would call on them again in the future. They would have received an A otherwise.
