 + 0 moreJohn and his assistant Jason were right on time when they said they would arrive, a wonderful trait. They inspected the repairs to be done, explained what they would do, and quoted a fair price up front. The work done was 100% satisfactory, I cannot see any evidence of the repair, done quickly, and they cleaned up all cuttings and debris. 100% satisfaction is guaranteed, John explained that if the repair needs redoing, it is gladly done.
Description of Work: John repaired a living room carpet area damaged by the dog scratching and pulling the yarn, and also re-kicked rippled carpet in another room at the doorways. The original living room carpet installer, contractor for EXPO, would not come out for the damage repair as the job was too small and it was not a warranty issue.
