Description of Work: He did not service my area. I cannot accuratly rate his service. He did not perform any work for me. Angies List quickly refunded my money.

Description of Work: I purchased an Angie's List offer for service from JED Services/Lawn Care & More. They promptly replied to let me know they do not service the city in which I live. They are only located 8.6 miles from my house. I feel that they put out an offer which they do not wish to honor.

+ -1 moreReceived first email from provider indicating he does not service St. Charles county. Informed him that the order was placed for St. Louis county, not St. Charles. Later in the day I received an email with 3 excuses as to why the provider could not perform the service. Providers should refrain from offering deals if they do not have the capacity to handle/manage what they are offering. This purchase was a complete waste of time. Requested and obtained refund from Angie's List.

+ -1 moreI have been using this company ever two weeks since July to maintain my parent's yard. They cut the grass, edge the yard, weed whack a sustaining wall as well as a large adjacent parking area. I have been very happy with their work and as well as their professionalism. On one occasion, I hired them to trim overgrown hedges, bushes and trim a small tree for $250.00. After they were finished the property looked great! I continue to use their services every two weeks.
Description of Work: They cut the grass, weed whack and edge the lawn. On another occasion, I hired them to trim overgrown hedges, bushes and weed a sustaining wall that was overgrown for $250.00.
