This company is terrific. The office staff is friendly and efficient. The tech called to let me know he was on his way and arrived on time. Bobby was friendly and professional. Furniture was moved quickly and carefully. Everything was replaced when he was finished. For quality and superior service this is the company to use.

The Carpet Tech arrived promptly. He was very professional and knowledgeable about carpet cleaning. He took extra care with specific spots on the carpet. I would hire this company again for my carpet care.

It went very well. They called ahead to say they had a cancellation and could be there in 30 minutes, which we accepted. Both gentlemen were very professional. The one gentleman looked at one stain in our family room caused by the mechanism in our couch/recliner and said he had some gel that may remove it. And it removed it just fine! They also moved a couch away from our wall to clean underneath and then put styrofoam "raisers" underneath to all air to move for the drying to take place. The carpets were very dirty and when they were done, they all looked significantly cleaner. This is a steam cleaning process which we believe does a better job of removing dirt. However, you need to be prepared to pull the fans out and expect a 24+ HR drying period. We had ceiling fans running in each room and floor fans going as well. We are very satisfied and have been using Dalmation for many years. Their pricing is reasonable and the people are great to work with.

We met representatives of the company at a home show a couple of years ago and liked the fact that they supported dog rescue groups. Our first experience with them was for duct cleaning, which was a very positive experience. This year, when I noticed they were also a chimney sweep, I called them to do our annual chimney cleaning. They were very professional, quick to come out, and the work completed was thorough with very little disruption to my day. Overall, I'm very satisfied with their performance and will call them again.

They did an excellent job. The carpets look almost new and the carpets are more than 10 years old. Best of all was their price. I used another company to clean carpets that i found on Angies list for my new house. While they did a good job their price would have been much more than this company.

He arrived on time and was courteous. The ducts look like that had never been cleaned before and definitely needed it. He was a bit careless with the removal of the vent covers, and left dirt smudges on one of them. When he replaced the covers he used a power screwdriver and stripped the screw holes in a number of locations and messed up the plaster in a number of locations (which he tried to hide). Upon inspection I found one vent that we missed. Overall not a bad job, but expensive and resulted in more work for me to repair the stuff he damaged.

The technician was on time, they said he would be here between 2 and 4pm. Very pleasant person. Did a very complete cleaning, first with a wire brush on a flex rod at the cold air returns. Then a vacuum system at all points of duct system.

Excellently well. I was completely satisfied. They came as soon as I called. And I was happy they could see me so soon. I had not wanted to turn on my furnace, until they came. Very nice young man that they sent. He was great.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB. POINTING OUT AN AREA THAT HAD SPILLED SODA THAT THEY COULDNT GET OUT, BUT IT WAS TOTALLY GONE AFTER IT DRIED. THEY MOVED THE FURNITURE AND PLACED CARPET PROTECTIONS UNDER THEM AFTER CLEANING.

In the air duct cleaning, he had trouble putting the air grills back in place. I checked them to make sure they worked, & 2 were not in place & fell out of the ceiling when I touched them. He apologized & needed my help in fixing them. I am not sure if the air duct cleaning was worth the money. He did spend a good amount of time on the carpets but they were wet 2 days after he left. I dont think he vacuumed the water out of the carpets very well. They were very late but he did call to let me know. He had to stay very late into the evening to get the job done. He left some water messes on our wood floors which I had to wipe up. Overall, I had to be there & check up on his work. The price he quoted on the phone went up a couple hundred when he saw the house.

They came out and cleaned the chimney and air ducts. They said they could not clean the couch without damaging the fabric. I was home during their work and assumed they did all the ducts. I double checked their work afterwards and it was obvious, they did not clean half of the vents. I called back and the manager came out almost immediately and cleaned all the vents. We normally would not hire a firm again if we have a call back, but the work they did was thorough and they addressed our problem quickly. In the future, we would hire them again, but we would watch them very closely.

APPOINTMENT WAS FOR BETWEEN NOON AND 2:00. THEY ARRIVED AT 4:30 JUST AS I AM STARTING DINNER. THE OFFICE DID CALL TWICE TO TELL ME THEY WOULD BE LATE... ALWAYS AFTER THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE HERE. ONE EXPERIENCED VENT GUY AND ONE CARPET CLEANER THAT WAS LEARNING VENTS CAME. I SPECIFICALLY ASKED ABOUT CERTAIN AREAS AND DIRT/MESSES THAT THEY MIGHT MAKE. BASICALLY I GOT A ''NO PROBLEM'' ANSWER. IF I HADN'T JUST HAD SOME MINOR CONSTRUCTION DONE AND WAS WAITING TO CLEAN UP FOR BOTH AFTER THE VENTS, I WOULD HAVE CRIED! THE MESS WAS CLOSE TO TERRIBLE. PLUS THEY DIDN'T KEEP THE VENT COVERS STRAIGHT AND ENDED UP PUTTING THEM BACK IN THE WRONG ROOMS, ETC. ALSO IT WAS RATHER COLD OUTSIDE AND THEY HAD THE FRONT DOOR WIDE OPEN WITH LEAVES BLOWING IN PART OF THE TIME! MY HUSBAND DOES FEEL THAT THEY DID A PRETTY GOOD JOB BUT FOR ME THE VERDICT IS STILL OUT! I, ALSO, MUST AT LEAST GIVE THEM CREDIT FOR HAVING THE OFFICE CALL ME BECAUSE THEY WERE TO BE LATE. I DEPENDED ON ANGIE'S LIST & IT FAILED.

THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS EXCELLENT. GIZMO WAS VERY, VERY THOROUGH, AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO ME. IN ADDITION, HE WAS EXCELLENT WITH MY DOG WHO CAN BE A HANDFUL, DIDN'T COMPLAIN ABOUT HER JUMPING UP ON HIM. THIS WORK CAN BE VERY MESSY, AND I DIDN'T HAVE TO VACUUM UP AFTER HIM AT ALL. ALL IN ALL, IT WAS A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE. BY HAVING THE CHIMNEY DONE AT THE SAME TIME I SAVED $45.

ALTHOUGH THEY WERE RUNNING LATE, WE DID GET A PHONE CALL WARNING US OF A LATE ARRIVAL. THE JOB WAS QUITE EXTENSIVE WITH 30 VENTS AND A FILTHY CHIMNEY. THE WORK WAS PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE DEFINITELY NOT HURRYING TO FINISH THE JOB AS THEY WANTED TO DO A THOROUGH JOB. I'VE ALREADY ASKED THEM TO SEND ME ANNUAL REMINDERS. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE. THE QUALITY OF THE AIR IN OUR HOUSE IS SIGNIFICANTLY BETTER!

I CALLED STOLLE'S SINCE THEY HAD THE BEST RECORD ON THE LIST, AND MOST RESPONSES ON THE LIST. THE WOMAN I SPOKE WITH WHEN I FIRST MADE THE APPOINTMENT WAS VERY NICE, AND WAS ABLE TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE TIME I NEEDED. BOBBY CAME OUT AND DID THE WORK, AND WAS VERY THOROUGH. HE WAS APPROXIMATELY AN HOUR LATE, BUT HE DID CALL TO LET ME KNOW. BOBBY EXPLAINED TO ME EXACTLY WHAT HE WOULD BE DOING, WHAT THE PROCESS WOULD BE, AND HOW HE NEEDED TO ACCESS THE ROOMS. HE EXPLAINED THAT THE COST WOULD BE SLIGHTLY HIGHER THAN THAT QUOTED, SINCE I HAD MORE VENTS/REGISTERS THAN I THOUGHT. HE CLEANED UP WHEN HE WAS FINISHED, AND LEFT NO MESS.

COULD NOT GET ALL AREAS CLEANED. TOLD US TO USE A MOP TO CLEAN SOME OF THE OTHER AREAS. AREAS THAT WERE CLEANED LOOK GREAT.

HE WORKED VERY CONFIDENTLY AND VACUUMED OUT THE VENT. IT WAS VERY CLOGGED UP. I APPRECIATE BEING ABLE TO DRY MY CLOTHES MORE QUICKLY.

THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE AND COURTEOUS ON THE PHONE. THEY WERE ABLE TO GET ME ON THEIR SCHEDULE RIGHT AWAY DUE TO A CANCELLATION. THEY SHOWED UP WITHIN THE TIME PERIOD THEY TOLD ME. THE PERSON WHO DID THE WORK WAS VERY THOROUGH AND PROFESSIONAL. HE EXPLAINED THE PROCEDURE, GAVE ME A VERY ACCURATE ESTIMATE OF HOW LONG IT WOULD TAKE AND WORKED VERY DILIGENTLY UNTIL THE WORK WAS COMPLETED. I CANNOT REALLY GRADE THE PRICE BECAUSE I DIDN'T CALL AROUND AND GET OTHER QUOTES. I FELT IT WAS A FAIR PRICE FOR THE WORK DONE.
