The experience with their salesman Chris Sutela was very good. They finished the job in 1 day and left everything the way they found it as promised. I was very happy with the job!

THEY GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE AND TOLD ME IF I NEEDED PLYWOOD ON MY ROOF THEN THEY WOULD WORK WITH ME ON THE PRICE AND THEN AFTER IT WAS DONE THE FINAL PRICE WAS MUCH HIGHER THAN EXPECTED AND THEY TOLD THEY COULDN'T WORK ME ON THE PRICE OF WOOD.I WAS NOT HAPPY AT ALL!

Copal Construction, Inc was prompt to call me back. They were very professional. The person I talked to on the phone to confirm that I accept their bid, had a trouble hearing me over the phone. I was quite suprise that the project mananger called me back and confirm the agreement. There were no suprise extra costs, the person whom came to do the repairs was quick and polite.
