Workmen did an excellent job. The advice of a light colored carpet from Classic was, in hindsight, not practical.

Contact person was great, helpful and managed the timing and cost estimate well. She came to the house and went over the details and answered questions. The men who did the installing were very skillful, the carpet looks terrific.

They were very responsive and friendly. Work was done quickly and efficiently. Great group to work with!

From start to finish, the process was very smooth and professional. Everyone we had contact with was amazing: Diane, Greg, Chris, and Doug. Diane was the salesperson and she was amazing - VERY prompt, professional and responsive. She was able to get us the detailed specs on the carpet we were looking for and also answered my many questions without hesitation. The installation crew was also amazing. Greg, the installation manager, was willing to work with me and answer any questions I had. The installers, Chris and Doug, were top notch. Very nice and professional. They took their time and paid great attention to detail - making sure things were done right. The job turned out gorgeous! Thanks, Classic Carpet!

The provider offered a very competitive price for the job so I hired them. The carpet removal went fine. The hardwood was installed in about half of the room and was done fine. The carpet inlay was not a typical job and was challenging but they corrected the problems. They were very service-oriented and when they learned I was completely satisfied, they were genuinely interested in correcting any problems to make sure I was happy with the final outcome. Mike was excellent to work with and I appreciate his attentiveness. .

The installers showed up on time. They were friendly and professional. The work was done well and the new flooring looks great. The installers were supposed to correct a caulking issue from the first bathroom install but this information was not relayed to them. When I mentioned it to them he did what needed to be done without complaint. So, if you have special requirements/details about your job make sure you tell the installer when they arrive. It seems that install notes don't get communicated well. Overall I am very satisfied with the job.

The salesman came out at the appointed time. Since this bathroom is off the kitchen and had the same vinyl as the kitchen I wanted to match it as closely as possible. He told me that it was difficult to get 9" patterns. So I settled for a nine inch pattern that was not white like I really wanted. ( After the job, I found out that there are apparently white 9" patterns available, so I am disappointed with this lack of knowledge on the part of the salesman that has led to a darker floor than I wanted ). The installer came and apparently the salesman had not relayed to the installer that I wanted the pattern to line up/continue with the 9" pattern from the kitchen. Fortunately I caught him before too much damage was done. At least he had enough sheet left to line up the sheet vinyl in one direction. Since I didn't want to wait another two weeks for a replacement order of vinyl, I decided to let him continue. The installer did a little bit of caulking where the vinyl meets the wall tile, but I would have liked it to have been more uniform. I fixed this later myself. I am using the company for another bathroom, but this time I am supervising each step very carefully.

Everything went as planned. The workmen came in and got to work installing a new kitchen floor. There were no problems. On another day, the workmen came and installed new carpeting. There were no issues. They did a fine job.

.This was a major purchase for us. We had met with 4 different companies. We knew after meeting the owner, Michael of Classic Carpet that the work would be professionally done and he would stand by any complications. Whomever we talked to at the company was very responsive to our needs. His crew was very professional and had plenty of patience with all my questions. We paid 25% down and the balance was not billed until he knew we were satisfied with the job. We are planning on putting more floors into our house. We will only deal with Classic Carpet.

Mike Rose, the owner I think, was great. Extremely knowledgeable. Provided as much detail as we wanted about all the samples he showed us and made recommendations. But didn't push his recommendations. Let us make the decision. He was more expensive than the other carpet company, but his professionalism, knowledge and general demeanor made it worth it to use his firm. I highly recommend Classic Carpet.

Mike Rose and his team have outstanding customer service and have always been friendly and professional.

Mike was great on the sales end and the installer was awesome. Mike provided lots of ideas and was great. They were totally professional and helpful all the way through. It seemed like Mike catred about how it all turned out and what was happening. The carpet looks beautiful. Mike also helped us pick the color! He could see we were struggling, went a different color route with us and we went with it and we are glad we did! Thank you Classic Carpet - no complaints whatsoever and will recommend to friends for sure.

I contacted Classic Carpet and requested a visit by their design consultant to help my wife and I select a suitable covering for the area in our basement that needed new flooring. The previous covering had been damaged by water and had been partially removed. Only remnants of the adhesive remained. Their design consultant was Ms. Diane Bailey. I gave her a general idea of the color scheme we wanted and told her the color of the walls in the areas to be covered. She arrived at our house several days later with a very good selection of floor covering samples. We selected a covering, she measured the floor in the rooms and hall and gave us a price for the job. We accepted her offer and subsequently made arrangements to have the job done by Classic Carpet. We had two previous estimates for floor coverings and this one was in the middle. I agreed to purchase and stain the wood used for the baseboard so the job could be finished quicker. Classic Carpet advised us when the covering was in stock, we set installation days and everything worked very well. The installers did a superb job! I an very pleased with their work. They removed all of the residual carpet cement before installing the vinyl. Perhaps this is part of the job but I was impressed with care they exercised. I would also recommend Classic Carpet as supplier of quality products and superb workmanship.

The team was AWESOME from the salesperson to the installation. They brought samples to our home discussed the advantages and disadvantages of the different materials and offered design advice. Their knowledge was great! We had been interviewing companies for about nine months and did not find anyone who measured up. The installation crew was polite and went above and beyond what we expected. We will definitely use them again.

They're professional and organized. I've used them before in the past and I've always been very pleased.

My experience with them went very well. They did a nice job for me. Their price was reasonable and their workmanship was good.

Overall, our experience with this company was excellent. During the sales process we visited the showroom a couple of times and the salesman visited our home two or three times to take measurements and show samples. We found the salesman to be supportive and responsive, but not high pressure. This was important to us because we don't like to feel rushed as we look at different carpet products/options/pricing. We found the salesman to be very experienced and knowledgeable and customer focused. The installation process was also a positive experience. Once the schedule was established the installation started on time and finished on time. We found the installers to be experienced and hard working, arriving on time and working the day. They approached the installation in a way to minimize the disruption created by such a project by finishing one area and then moving to the next. We found the installers to be respectful of our furniture and property during the 3 days they were in the house. As with the salesman, customer satisfaction was important to them. We found the fit and finish and the transitions between new carpet and wood flooring and existing carpet to be excellent. Also, the required seams for the new carpet are basically invisible. As a result of the positive experience and the high level of professionalism shown by Classic Carpet & Flooring we are giving them the highest rating in every category. Overall, we received a top quality product and installation at a competitive price. And, for us, this is the combination that provides the best value.

I found the Classic Carpet price for the complete job to be considerably better than other estimates that I received for the same product and services. Classic Carpet was easy to work with from the initial planning to the final installation. The installers arrived on time every day and left a clean workplace at the end of the day. They did a very professional job with the installation and I am totally satisfied with the work that they did. I would definitely use Classic Carpet for any additional services that I may need.

They were very responsive. I think there was one time when they lost track of our message but they got back to it. They were very personable and they did a great job. I think their pricing was fair.

Fantastic. The tile was laid and the carpet the day after. They were flexible in working to make sure they came in as soon they could after the asbestos tiles had been removed. They came back to repair a couple of places on the tile where the grout had separated. They were very helpful, very responsive, and very easy to work with.

They did a fabulous job. We were out of town most of the time during that week but they worked with us. They did a lot of the work while we were out of town. The days that I was there, they arrived when they said they would and the job was completed in the time that they said that they would complete it.

The woman who came to provide the flooring estimate was on time. She was very nice and accommodating to my needs and circumstances. She came prepared with several available flooring options at varying price levels. The ONLY reason we did not go with this company is because we were able to clean the carpets in most rooms acceptable to the new renters. I would recommend this company to those m the area I'm need of new flooring!

Their work was very acceptable and it was done in a timely manner. They did a great job of moving the furniture.
