ART'S LAWNMOWER SHOP

They were very professional, very no-nonsense. They most obviously knew what they were doing. When I called to ask about bringing it in and described what I did and what sounds it was making, they went over several things that could have been wrong and explained the degree of expense with each level of repair. I felt comfortable with my initial phone call enough to know this was the place to bring the mower for repair. When we brought it in, the person who checked us in also explained the levels and expense of what could be wrong based on his visual inspection of the mower. However, he did NOT commit to any of those diagnosis and said that it really depended on what they found when they got into the guts of the machine. Luckily, it wasn't anything expensive, and even though we did have to wait a few extra days for a part to come in, it was finished in a timely manner. They even cleaned it up and changed a filthy air filter (they showed it to me.) I would definitely use them again!

GREG MAUCH WAS OUR CONTACT AT ART'S. WE HAVE DEALT WITH GREG QUITE OFTEN AND HE KNOWS WHAT OUR EQUIPMENT NEEDS ARE FOR OUR PROPERTY. HE EXPLAINED THE ADVANTAGES OF THE ECHO TRIMMER. HE ALSO EXPLAINED THAT WE COULD RETURN THE TRIMMER IF IT DID NOT MEET OUR NEEDS.

I HAD ORIGINALLY PURCHASED MY LAWN MOWER AT ART'S ABOUT 13 YEARS AGO. I WOULD NORMALLY PERFORM MINOR MAINTENANCE MYSELF. HOWEVER, BECAUSE MY MOWER NEEDED SOME MAJOR MAINTENANCE, I DECIDED TO USE ART'S. THE CARBURETOR WAS SERVICED, A NEW AIR FILTER INSTALLED, A NEW FRONT WHEEL ASSEMBLY INSTALLED, NEW SPARK PLUG INSTALLED, TOTALLY CLEANED, AND LUBED, NEW OIL, ADJUST ENGINE TO FACTORY SPECIFICATIONS, SHARPENED BLADE, AND TEST RUN. PARTS WERE $125, AND THE REST WAS LABOR. THE WORK WAS COMPLETED IN THE TIME FRAME THEY GAVE TO ME, AND THE MOWER NOW RUNS MUCH BETTER. HOPEFULLY I WILL GET ANOTHER 8 OR 10 YEARS USE.

THE MEN IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL. MY MOWER WAS PICKED UP AND DELIVERED BACK TO MY HOUSE(GREAT DEAL)!
