Andy showed up on time for the estimate and said he would call when the temp was warmer and more appropriate for caulking and concrete work. He was scheduled for Mar 16 but had a death in the family (immediate family) and called us to reschedule when probably the last thing on his mind was our little job. We appreciated his worth ethic in such a sad time. He was out two days later to start and complete the job. He is a hard worker and fixed everything as agreed. He even had time to give us another estimate on a larger job that we are considering. Overall a great experience. I would call him again in a heartbeat!

As usual, Andy did a great job. The price might seem high, but a significant percentage of it went for the parts we chose.

It was a very no fuss remodel. The bathroom looks great without any of the stress of my past remodels.When issues were found with how the previous tile was installed, Andy simply told us what he ran into while removing the tile, and said he needed to buy different material to install the tile that would cost about $50 extra. I plan on using them again for a larger full bath remodel.

It went very well. I phoned the business and left a message. Terri called me back in less than 1/2 an hour to see what the problem was and told me that she would have a Mr. Wheat, one of their servicemen, call me. He phoned me in less than 20 minutes, (they don't keep you hanging), to talk to me about the problem and set up an apointment. He orginally said that he could come out the next day for the repair, but when I told him that I was off that day and was concerned that it was supposed to rain the next day, he told me that he would come out that afternoon. He told me that he would be at my house at about 3:00 P.M. and he arrived at about 3:01 P.M. He did the work that I requested and did a great job. I am very satisfied with the results.

They were superb in every way. They also did a pretty good job of diagnosing the problem with the upstairs neighbor's plumbing.

Andy had given me an estimate in 2008. I had him back in 2009 and the 2008 estimate stood with the caveat that additional wood might be replaced when his man began the work. No extra charges were made. I was present during some of the work and Bill, Andy's person doing the work, had me come outside to see how he was doing. He wanted me to understand that the stain on the new pieces of wood would not be as dark as the remainder of the deck. I thought that very considerate.

Went very well. Work was done over a 4-week period. Andy and his wife Terri who does the scheduling rescheduled some of the work to accomodate our travel plans. Andy is talented in all types of "handy" work whether large or small. His repair of the plaster crown molding was outstanding.

Andy is great to work with. From my initial phone call to the completion of work, everyone was professional, courteous and just plain nice to talk to. The work was done as described in the written estimate for the figure quoted, and Andy also gave helpful advice about future preventative maintenance. I will definitely use this company again.

He is fine. He does a good job. He gave me a thorough estimate before he started the work. He just seemed to know what he was doing. He could fix just about anything.

They came and gave us a quote. There is just one unresolved issue with them because we haven’t followed up with them. They guy who came out was incredibly thorough and meticulous. The job took longer than I expected. He had to do a lot of back and forth during the job to get the correct supplies. They stuck to their quote and so we were fine with the time they took to complete the job. I would use them in future if need be.

I called and Terry promptly called me back to set up an appointment for Andy to come and estimate the cost of my many repairs (older home). They accomodated my schedule and Andy was wonderful, explaining everything. I got the estimate and it was incredibly reasonable. Andy and his crew, Luke and Bill showed up promptly each day that they worked. The first day when they tore out the old tile, tub etc, I was amazed at how clean they left everything. They worked on everything daily and left everything clean every night. They finished actually 5 minutes ahead of schedule! Andy and the crew were very responsive to my questions about things and their work was simply outstanding. Every room looks sparkling and new. They went over and above in every room doing the little extras that no-one expects to have done.

They did an excellent job. We're very pleased with the results and will definitely use Andy's Home and Business repair in the future.

Andy and his team (Bill) showed up punctually. They both were courteous and professional. They were responsive to inquiries and helpful with suggestions. They were overly generous with their time and provided complimentary services without hesitation. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience of interacting with Andy's Home and Business Repair L.L.C. and I would HIGHLY recommend them to everyone.

Andy was on-time, professional, thorough and easy to communicate with. Andy gave us his best estimate for the job given what he could see of the damage to the room. He planned to fix the leaky faucet, remove and replace the vanity and replace the flooring. After he removed the flooring he was able to see that the floor was damaged more severely than anticipated. He found and fixed a second leak that we had not detected at the base of the toilet. This meant that we needed to treat the floor to prevent any mold/mildew damage before any work could continue, and it also meant that we needed to do more work to the sub-floor before a new surface could be installed. So Andy scheduled a follow-up visit that would enable enough time for the floor to dry out. Then he did all the work we contracted for in one day. We are really pleased with the end result - it is quality work and the bathroom looks great.

Job went well with all odd jobs completed quickly and as expected.

Very good experience. Andy's expected completion date was met even though we had some delays due to unexpected complications in the repairs. Also, Andy provided additional services at no cost and had no initial downpayment for services for Angie's List members. Andy and his crew were also creative in their solutions in installing a medicine cabinet. Their solution exceeded my expectations. Andy insisted from his crew that they clean up and he was very concerned about cleaning up any dirt or damage that his team may cause. Really a first rate experience. I would recommend him to anyone. We plan to use him again.

Andy and Terri are terrific. They respond very quickly when called for estimates and the time between the estimate and the beginning of the job is just a few weeks. I have hired Andy again to do a custom job on my fireplace mantle and surround. He has a great eye for design, suggesting ways to make the fireplace look even better than I had thought of.

He had done a fine job but was a bit expensive.

Terrific. Andy came out to see the job on Saturday after I called that Monday. When I told him that I had a dinner party on the following Saturday he arranged to do the work on Thursday.

I CALLED AND TOLD THEM WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE AND THEY CAME OUT THAT DAY AND GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE. WE MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR THEM TO DO THE WORKS IN TWO DAYS. THEY CAME BACK TWO DAYS LATER AND DID THE JOB. VERY SATISFIED WITH THE RESULTS.

I was very pleased with the professional manner that the company demonstrated during this project. The company came out and submitted a written bid for the projects. The estimates were clear and detailed exactly what work would be performed. They checked back with me to verify the scheduled dates and projects. They arrived on time, completed the installation and cleaned up. The workmanship was well done and completed in a timely manner. Also, I received a follow-up call to make sure that the work was performed to my satisfaction.

I have never had such an experience with anyone on Angie's List. It wasn't Andy that I was dealing with, it looks like it was his wife, Terri. I was really shocked. I picked them because of their ratings on Angie's List. When I did deal with Andy he didn't do anything wrong, it was just the way that it was handled by his assistant or wife. She wouldn't release the price to me because we wouldn't pay the fee. They went out to do the estimate the same day that I called.

The work was done professionally and punctually. The finish was great and we were impressed how clean Andy kept the jobsite.

Well it when fine until I realize that the outlet on the wall directly behind the repaired outlet no longer worked. I called Andy's to report the problem and was told, that was would be another service call and I gathered another service call fee of $75.00. During the initial inspection, the service man checked the fuse box, and other outlets in other rooms. The outlet in question that no longer worked had had been unplugged by the service man. He had mentioned that he had unplugged the strip outlet in the other room, however I found that both had strip outlet had been unplugged. One outlet with a strip was connected to Sleep Number Bed and the other (in question) on the other side of the room to the TV, DVD and treadmill. This outlet was no longer working. As I said, all outlets were working except for one in the bathroom. The serviceman stated when I called him back that it was not related however he unplugged the outlets, during the service call, but it appears he didn't address the problem. I don;t understand why he would not simply return and complete job , nor why he didn't replug the the strips, leaving them as he found them. His charge was 75.00 for the call, and extra 23.00 for parts,totaling $98.00

Water had to be installed along with a drain and electricity had to be run to the location. The washer/dryer was installed with 1 1/2 inch clearance on each side. It was a very tight fit.
