+ -1 moreI am the husband of our Angi Acct holder. Custom Exterior Company representative(older) came to bid on rebuilding window opening. I knew right away he had attitude,no smile no warmth. His words were terse and condescending . I explained and showed him what I wanted done. It a small job of reducing the size of one window opening. He then explained how they would do the build. I asked a pertinent question...his immediate response was "haven't you been listening to what I just said!" . That was the end of the deal right then. The rep, quickly forgot his name, should not be Custom Exteriors' front man. Be warned
Description of Work: Reduce the remove existing picture window then reduce opening from 68" w X 103" h to 68" W X 71"H

Description of Work: We had a hole in our roof that did not effect the interior of our home, but did damage a section of soffit/fascia close to that hole. We needed to have the rotted wood removed and replaced along with new aluminum cladding of the soffit and fascia

Description of Work: Replace metal roof on outbuilding and was suppose to replace screws and grommets on metal house roof. Found roof had no underlay, added plywood and water/ice shield. They were all very personable and the actual work was done well. I was less than impressed with the clean up. The actual supervisor knew his business the roof is great, however I had solar lights that were destroyed, dents in the downspout and we found a lot of nails and screws in the yard and drive way as well as cigarette butts.

I had told the office when I made the appointment that they would need a latter to get up into the attack and access the flat roof so they could see what needs to be done. When the representatives came into the house I repeated this and the response was a very dismissive, "I'm not getting up any attack." I said, "Do you just want to forget the whole thing?" and he said, "Yes." So he refused to actually look at the roof and underlying decking from the attack and my time was wasted.
Description of Work: I requested bid on repair to a natural slate roof.

Description of Work: Custom Roofing & Exteriors fixed one of boards under the overhang and painted all the overhang. They painted the roof and the deck.

+ 1 moreThey were great to work with. Everything looks beautiful and very nice. They were quite professional and on the job all the time. The crew was good and Brad the boss was on site making sure everything was done correctly which was a big wow to me. I would recommend highly them to others, they were a marvelous company to deal with. Brad was extremely knowledgable.
Description of Work: They installed an entire new roof over the house, garage and shed. He did all the window moldings, gutters and siding.
