I was hoping for repair of my central vac but down deep knew it would be replacement. Evan explained what was going on with the vac and why it would be more practical to replace. I was satisfied with quality of work and final cost.

We had a central vac system which we had not used for years. After contacting Evan at The Vac Shack, he came the next day, diagnosed the problem. Three days later, he fixed the problem and we are up and running. I was very impressed with Evan's work ethic and attention to detail. He definitely went above and beyond to make sure everything was working well. Highly recommend.

Evan is very articulate about his work. I bought a newer hose and powerhead from him, and also wanted to be able to use my old powered for the basement but it needed a new hose, since the old one had dry rotted. Evan and I did some tracing and he set me up with a demo hose from the shop and gave me an electric upholstery powerhead and is going to send me a brush attachment to clean my blinds. I will definitely work with Evan in the future!
