Roberts Pest Control

Two very nice people came and spent an hour and a half working on my house. I was told I would need to do some work before they returned. Received the list of things to do: pull out stove and fridge and clean behind them, remove things from kitchen cubbords and wash inside and out, wipe out drawers, clean bathroom cabinets, remove clothes hanging in closets, etc. I am 90 and cannot do most of these things, sigh. I called a national exterminating firm, the man came, (no requirements for me) took half an hour, and after 10 days, not a sign of roaches! (Cost $80 less, as well.)

Robert's team from office administration to the individuals who arrived to perform the service was nothing short of stellar. Round two of a mice infestation and I was done dealing with it by myself. Regina was quick to contact me about my service request (I believe she reached out within 10 minutes of me hitting submit) and fully explained pricing and what to expect during the inspection. I was able to quickly schedule service, and the two individuals who arrived at my home were friendly, professional, thorough, answered all my questions, and walked me through their proposed plan of attack to eliminate and prevent more mice from using my house as their home. They were extra sweet with my dog too, who is a rescue and can be frighten of men, and the extra step to be attentive and patient with her really shows the quality of the individuals working at Robert's. I would have these folks back in a second for any additional pest needs.

The process of getting rid of the termites was explained in depth, and the fee was put into a realistic payment plan which we felt was reasonable. We would definitely recommend Roberts's Pest Control for any terminate/bug control.

Chad was our service man. He was very polite, well spoken, and patient with all of my questions. Once he got started he very carefully made it through our kitchen identifying problem areas. Robert’s Pest Control responded quickly and was out the next day. We were very satisfied with the professionalism of the workers and how thorough they were. We contacted Charlie when one of our dogs chewed open the mouse box and we were concerned about him getting chemicals. Charlie was very helpful even though it was 10:00 at night.
