+ -1 moreWe contacted the company in November 2016 and left a couple messages, and no one ever responded. Then winter came and we followed up in the spring. After several phone calls, Rob finally came out to the house and said that before they make any repairs, some things needed to happen first and that he would get us the names of some recommended contractors. Again we followed up and never heard from him.
