+ -1 moreI sent them a couple of messages on Sunday 08/13/17 regarding the spraying for nuisance pests expecting a call back today 08/14/17 to discuss the issue. I did receive a call from them but when I called back they wanted to discuss future services. When I said I am not sure I want additional services and started to explain my issue I heard "I cannot hear you" a couple of times and he hung up. I called back but they seemed to be closed. He did not call me back. I would like to hear from someone to discuss. Maybe my assumption of what they were being paid to do was not what they were expecting to do.
Description of Work: I am paying $55 to have my yard treated for nuisance pests. A neighbor told me they were concerned that I am not getting my money's worth. He was not here long enough. From what I can tell from my front camera he drove by my house at 10:54 am. He was parked in front of my house at 10:56 am.He walked from the back of the house to the front along the sidewalk at 10:57 am seemed to be spraying some of the area between the sidewalk and the street. At 11:00 am he walks from the truck to the front door to leave the bill. At 11:01 am he walks back to his truck. At 11:02 his truck is pulling off of the cul de sac and leaving the area. How could he have treated my yard for pests including mosquitoes in about 4 or 5 minutes.

+ -1 moreWARNING! Do not use this company for lawn care work. I paid them $100.00 for 4 cuts (once a week) for the month of May, 2013. Melissa gladly cashed my check and only mowed my lawn one time. I have tried numerous times to call her and have never received a call back.
