Description of Work: They replaced the ignitor on my furnace's intermittent pilot light. The part was surprisingly pricey, but the work was fast and professional. Plus, they came out within a few hours of calling them on a Saturday, saving us a cold couple of nights without heat.

Description of Work: I purchased the tune-up/service from here to have my AC and furnace system checked. As well as look into why it was leaking in my basement. I was not present when the guy showed up so I can't speak that, although my sister provided no negative feedback (no word is a good word...). He didn't charge me extra to clean the drain pipe out and told me to check in a week or so to see if any new water had leaked. No leaks so far. He could have charged extra or they could have told me that was a separate call or whatever to get more money but they didn't. Would use them again.

Description of Work: They were great! Another company tried to quote me $1000-$3000 to buy an entirely new furnance. Our tech was great - he found the manual for our unit online and quickly diagnosed a $60 fix. A month later, we are still water free! When the unit does eventually go out, I will use Vogel solely b/c they were so nice and professional and tried to help save me money vs. the other company that was quick to scare us into a brand new purchase. Thank you!

Description of Work: I purchased a support contract for $200 that covers two visits in one year to check out the Heating system and the Cooling system. They were on time and wore shoe covers when in the house.

Description of Work: Vogel cleaned my furnance, and they will clean my AC in the summer--it was part of a package deal. Jeremy was the technician, and he was very professional.
