Called the provider on a Wednesday & left a message. Call was returned within 24 hours & an appointment set for the following day. Not only did the provider not show for the appointment, but failed to call until 17 hours later. When we reminded them that they had missed the appointment, the only response given was, "Oh yeah, we couldn't make it." Not what we would consider a reliable vendor.

Mr. Varvaro was on time, called to confirm, and was professional and courteous. He did a thorough job of inspecting our patio and steps and gave us a very competitive estimate. I was very happy with the estimate process and the estimate itself.
Description of Work: Mr. Varvaro gave us an estimate for some masonry work for tuckpointing and repair of brick steps and patio.
