Description of Work: Contacted provider for a late season pool closing. He agreed to close the pool for me and agreed to contact me for closing when he returned from out of town. I contacted the provider twice to follow up with no return calls. I wasted two weeks waiting for this service prior to hiring an alternative provider of pool services. No call back, no show, no service. Would not recommend. TWR

Description of Work: I have been dealing with him over the last 10 years. It was always very good. It will be Novemeber 3 years ago, that he installed a plastamayd cover for my pool. It was a solid cover that was supposed to keep out all the light and animals. After the first winter it looked a little funny but not really bad. After last winter it looked really bad. I called Tim in the Spring and he came out and looked at it and said he sent some pictures to plastamayd. They said they never got them. I ended up sending pictures myself. Plastamayd said they only cover manufacturing defects not weather related problems which they say this is. I want Tim to replace the pool cover because it has a 10 year warranty on it or at least hear from him to figure out the next steps. I paid over 1800 dollars for the pool cover and I can't even contact Tim.

Description of Work: I have used T. J. Wells for over 10 years with outstanding results. I had used 2 other pool companies for several years with horrible results prior to findng Wells. Tim, the owner, is highly trained in commercial and residential HVAC as well as pool services. He has replaced, pumps, redone some piping on the pool, measured for and installed a safety cover, opened and closed my pool for 10 years, come on short notice to fix algaed pools, contracted with and oversaw another guy to redo part of my deck and even came right away when I discovered my basement had flooded. He brought huge fans, unstopped the basement main drain, squeeged the floor and hauled away ruined furnture and carpeting. I have found him to be extremely honest and more than fair in all his dealings with me, often fixing little things at no charge if he can find a part in his truck, or offering me new products to try at no charge and report my results. He is pleasant to work with and my dogs just love him.

Description of Work: We have a 45 year old pool and there was a leak in one of the original copper lines of it. They were trying to diagnose it and fixed it by digging a trench where the line was and replaced it with something modern. They refilled the pool as well. There were some plants that were disturbed, but they replaced them as well.
