Description of Work: Jay went through a checklist of a dozen jobs needed at my rental property. This included some plumbing, painting, gutter cleaning and repairs.

+ -1 moreJay and Scott painted virtually every interior surface in my 1928 home. They prepped surfaces - sanded, caulked, filled cracks and corrected other 90 year-old age marks in my home and then painted all ceilings, plaster moldings, and walls. Jay also ordered new doors and installed and painted them. Jay and Scott were professional and punctual. I will use the in the future for other interior and exterior work.
