+ -1 moreThey just told us that they been having trouble with that technician in the past, he's normally a good technician but he seems to be rushing things lately they didn't know why, they are gonna talk to him.
Description of Work: I use Oxi Fresh of Fenton Carpet Cleaning for carpet cleaning services. We used Oxi clean and they did a bad job. Pretended, they actually made the carpet dirtier than it was, I think anywhere put out powder that was to absorb the dirt and then they vacuumed it back up again. The carpet was supposed to be direr in a hour after they left and it was still wet, soggy wet in front of the bathroom several hours after they left, till the next day. And when we called these guys to tell we weren't satisfied they said they could come back out in three or four days and we had all our furniture up off the carpet in the dining room so that was not going to be an option. They refunded our money but that's as far as we got with them.
