Amazing!! Easy to reach, good communication, excellent prices. Scott went out of his way to do work on a rental property 3 hrs away. Took time to make a trip to personally measure the windows on his own time. The install was very timely. My tenant called to rave about the quality of Scott and his team. She stated they were the best contractors she had ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They were efficient, courteous, and did quality work. She reported they cleaned up after themselves and left the house as if they had never been there. I would recommend this business over and over again. NO COMPLAINTS!

Beautiful job. Had this individual put in windows also and did such a beautiful job that I had him install my screen doors. He took the old doors off, and fixed a gouge that the old door had left, pulled away from the wood when caught by the wind. His attention to detail and just overall craftsmanship was the reason I had him back. Took his time and did the job right. Cleaned all the shavings up after the job so one would not know there were new screens doors installed except they are beautiful and I tell everyone about them. When some one takes pride in their work it just shows. So even though I would like to keep this gentleman as a secret, it would not be fair to others not to have the opportunity to work with him.

I contacted Scott in early October for a bid on 8 windows to be installed in a three season room. I was able to get an appointment right away. When Scott arrived, he was very professional and offered solutions to problems I had with my sun room. The next day I got a bid. The windows needed to be ordered which took about 4 weeks but as soon as they arrived the windows were installed. Scott and his co-worker worked straight through with only 30 minutes for lunch. I had to leave the house for the evening which normally I would not feel comfortable leaving contractors I don't know in my house without me being there, but Scott was so honest and pleasant to be around I didn't give it a second thought. When I got home my windows were beautifully installed and the mess cleaned up. I would highly recommend New Again- Exteriors for your next window project.

They were on time, just as before. And just as before, the work was so well done I couldn't tell they had been there except for the presence of a bright clear new window. The install is clean, symmetric, well done, and the area was cleaned the way I would have cleaned it (maybe even better). Thank you, Scott!

Very impressive: worked with my difficult schedule in every way they reasonably could for the estimate date as well as the install. Arrived a few minutes early on install day (in a heat wave), and started work right away. Very trustworthy and confidence-inspiring at the front end, I was more than pleased to see the results exceed what my imagination had promised me. The windows are high quality and have a good appearance. Forty year old hoppers were off sized, and they did a seamless job of shimming the new ones in with no visible changes. The house is now much quieter than it had been, which was an unexpected surprise. But the best surprise was that, other than seeing new windows in place, I couldn't tell they'd been there. No yard damage, no materials left behind, no nails or other items in the grass or carpeting. And completely clean rooms and glass--what a pleasure to find this when I walked in. They cleaned up as if it was their own home. Estimate was right on, no surprises there (thank you!). Contract was straightforward, and the conduct of the individuals with whom I dealt was of friendly professionals. When I get ready to replace some older thermals, I am contacting them.

The job went well overall. All windows were installed within a two day time frame. Scott's crew came back to finish the exterior caulking and trim work over the next few weeks. They were somewhat hampered by weather to complete the exterior portion of the job. The owner, Scott, was pleasant to work with. I would recommend his company for anyone wanting new windows.

Scott was very helpful, professional and courteous. He met our needs by meeting me at the house on a Saturday to provide an estimate. The materials were ordered and arrived promptly, and again Scott worked with an unusual circumstance and went out of his way to pick up keys to the house.
