They were working for the next door neighbor, cutting down her tree. I asked if they could give me an estimate. They gave me an estimate and completed the work all on the same day.

Every part of the project was approached with professionalism. cory went above and beyond to coordinate with Ameren for additional services on our property. We will use them again and we highly recommend them as well.

This was one of 3 companies that I contacted from Angie's List to have a tree trimmed. They were quick to respond to my request, however, after setting up a day and time they did not show up. When I called to see what happened, I spoke to Cory, and he said that the job before mine was taking longer than expected but they would be out to trim my tree later that day or the very next day at the latest. Cory said that he would keep me posted about when they would arrive. I never heard from them again.

It went very well, they came early and then they came back to remove the stump. I was very impress with the service they provide. I will be contacting Monster Tree service in the future.

Submitted request for quite, called setup time to come out for quite. Sent quite back by email, return call to accept. Setup time and day. Team was fun, you can tell they enjoyed what they did and working together, performed work, cleaned up and removed all excess. Fast, professional, and curtious.
