Milford Kitchen and Bath

Rita and her team were so helpful when me and my husband remodeled our master bath. We found choosing tile, backsplash and finishes very overwhelming and Rita and her team walked us through the whole process and made the decision making process fun and easy. They kept in mind our budget and worked with us on pricing. I appreciated their willingness to offer their professional opinions and suggestions. If we had questions, Rita was quick to respond by phone, text, or email. I have already recommended Milford Kitchen and Bath to several people. Our bathroom is so beautiful and we love it!

We had kind of a bad experience with them. We had target dates and they didn't keep them. Measurements were wrong; I had ordered cabinets and they came out and the measurements were totally wrong. The cabinets were covering a vent and they suggested we move the vent in our wall so we could adjust the cabinets. They were very, very nice people but we called them, they came out, measured and from then on it was like a nightmare. They finally did all the work but I would never call them again. It was not a good experience. The other thing that happened was that they came out and measured and they didn't tell us that they didn't install. We were always following up on our own job. I had to call one time and ask "Now, are we doing something wrong? Is it up to us to follow up and make sure that everything is delivered on the right date and make sure that we have installers? Are we supposed to coordinate this job?" I just don't know how they stand doing this. It just wasn't a good experience with them. The work they finally did do was okay and I am not unhappy, it was just not good. It was a struggle. Everything, including the shower was about $5,000.00. Another company installed the shower door but we were charged through them. It wasn't a huge bathroom or a huge job but it sure cost more than what I thought it would cost. I would never, ever use them again.
