Everything thing went well. They were courteous and professional. They put one window in the wrong place, but we brought it to their attention and they quickly corrected it. I would feel comfortable recommending them or using them again. One thing that did kind of rub me the wrong way, was after we spent $14K on new windows with them, we never heard from them again. No thank you letter or follow-up call. If they just would have done this one thing.....they would set themselves apart from other service providers.

Reasonable prices, particularly with coupon we had. Excellent job & very professional from estimate through completion. Responsive to questions and took time to explain everything. Prompt and efficient with everything. Very pleased and would recommend highly. You may have to wait a while for installation but worth the wait. I was surprised that we put money down and are being billed for the remainder after installation. What companies do that anymore? Amazed and impressed.

Everything has gone well. I called and set up an appointment for Harrison to come out and look at my window. He brought samples and explained the difference between the window I had and how these windows were constructed. He left an estimate with me and I took a few days to consider. I made my selection and sent in the agreed upon contract. Just like Harrison said, it was roughly 3 weeks and the window was ready. We just needed to wait for the weather to break. The window was installed yesterday and the day went according to plan. The window really looks nice and they did a neat job on a messy project.

The install was great. The installer was prompt and professional. It was a Friday, the day was overcast and in the middle of the install it starts to rain. I immediately thought this was a wrap, we would have to reschedule. He assured me that he was not going to leave me hanging. Thank God it only rained briefly. The workmanship of the windows were superb. I would highly recommend this company.

The sales and installation personnel (Mike and Brian and crew) were professional, knowledgeable, courteous, reliable, experienced and skilled. This was not an easy removal and installation. It was done expertly and to high quality standards. The work was completed about 5 months ago; no issues with the windows have developed through the changing seasons. We are very satisfied with the job done.

Sales rep came to our home on the date and time promised. Displayed samples and explained the process. Installed the new window in a timely manner . Very neat and professional attitude.

I called Masonry & Glass Systems, Inc., and Harrison Winter came to my house on 10/19/2012, to check what was needed and give a bid. He was able to arrange for Mike Bell to come to install the window on the 26th - three days before closing. Mike came and got to work and installed the window and cleaned up the mess from the installation. He did a good job, and the work was completed in time for closing.

I needed to replace aged double-storm windows in my basement, and shopped around to see if I could do it myself less expensively than a contractor could. Masonry & Glass Systems came in at just over the cost of materials if I were to do it on my own--going with them was an easy choice. Harrison is mentioned in several pieces of their promo literature for good reason: he is a very friendly, professional, and responsive salesperson, and was available at every step of the process. Installation of eight windows took just one day in the blazing heat, and I continue to receive compliments on the windows (even months later)! I wish I had more work to call this company to do--they were THAT good.

I have used them before and they do wonderful work. They are on time and they are always here when they say they are going to be here and they do excellent work. The price was reasonable. I would recommend them to anybody.

They are really friendly and punctual. I like that they are willing to work with you on the prices. They are very willing to fix any issues we might run into with the doors. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Workers showed up promptly, worked extremely hard to get the window in properly, answered all our questions professionally and politely, displayed excellent craftmanship and cleaned up after the job was finished. This particular window, recommended by Masonry, is a bit expensive but has opened up our kitchen, made the area above the sink brighter and even removed the draft that the old garden window was causing. The glass shelving is beautiful and the framing around the window was wonderful. We are totally satisfied with the selection of the window, its installation and our overall experience with Masonry & Glass Systems.

They did a fantastic job. Their prices are reasonable & they were quite punctual.

After calling Masonry glass, they sent out a rep to go over all of the options and look over the site, who gave us a quote that day. He took a lot of time to go over all of the different options and did not pressure us. Prices are on the high end, and he was very upfront about this, in fact discouraging us (appropriately) from replacing other doors in the house. He was able to explain why the cost is higher than other vendors -- the items are very high quality and made to order in the US. There were a few weeks of waiting while the door/window (large 3 window/doors in one item) had to be custom made. The day of the installation, 3 people came out, on time, and did an amazing job! They removed the old door/window, took away to dispose properly, replaced rotten wood in the frame, made sure everything was level, and put in the new door/window. They were done ahead of schedule, and cleaned up after themselves. It was truly amazing how efficient they were. There was a small paint chip in the door, and head of the crew took care to order a small jar of the exact paint color for us, and the rep delivered it personally to the house after it arrived. The quality of the door is top notch, and the energy efficiency is noticeably better. Masonry Glass called afterwards to follow up and to make sure we were happy with the work. Overall, this is an excellent company with great product and workmanship. Prices are high, however for something so important as the door to one's house, it is worth it.

Three men arrived and took out the windows then replaced them in one day. They were friendly, capable and cleaned up after themselves. One man is going to come back this weekend and reinstall two windows because sills were bowed. He would have done it then but I didn't have the window sill material needed. My 32 year old house looks brand new. The rooms look lighter and brighter. I'm thrilled.

Harrison was very knowledgable of the product he was selling. He provided us with plenty of documentation and brochures, answered our questions, responded to emails in a timely manner, and was overall a pleasure to work with. Masonry and Glass sell the Elements brand of replacement windows. I did the research and found plenty of testimonials, etc. backing up Harrison's claim that these windows are top-of-the-line. Unfortunately, even the middle tier model was not inline with our budget for this project. We had already replaced some of the windows in our home last December and it didn't make much sense to spend the extra money on a superior window for one room of the house. Had we called Masonry and Glass for when were were replacing the other windows we probably would have used them for all the windows!

Called for an estimate. Mason came out within less than a week. Once we signed the contracts the team leader Mike (I think) came out and finalized the measurements for all the windows. Windows arrive in about 6 weeks or less. It took them about 3 days to install the windows in the middle of February cold/sleet. Mason then came out to do a final inspection. No problems noted.

The sales representative, Mike, came out on a Saturday and spent about 1 1/2 hours at my house explaining the various styles of glass block, how the process worked and measuring my window openings. The windows are actually pre-assembled and ready to be installed when the installer arrives. After talking with Mike I decided to go ahead and order the windows. Mike called me about 10 days later and told me the windows were ready and we set up the installation. On the installation date 9/6/2011 Dave the installer arrived at about 9:20 a.m.. In about 3 1/2 hours the windows were installed everything was cleaned up and Dave was ready to leave. I am very satisfied with the windows and the whole experience. One of the best companies I have ever worked with, I would highly recommend them.

Contacted the company via email for a quote. They contacted me the next day to set up an appointment. Sales rep came out, gave us pricing on several different styles of block glass, along with vent options. He gave us a quote on replacing just the broken window and then doing 2 additional windows on the same side of the basement. His price seemed a little high, so I got another quote. The second company came in cheaper, so we went with that company.

Dave came out to install glass blocks for my basement. They are an excellent company and do really good work. I am very happy with the results. The price was very reasonable. I would use them again in the future.

Called 4-19-2011. Sales person arrived 4-20-2011,on time. He measured windows,discussed options and showed different types of glass. Proposal accepted and partial payment made 4-20-2011. Windows were to be made the following week and installed one week later. We had to delay installation because of a scheduling conflict -our problem. The company was very accommodating and rescheduled at our convenience, The installer arrived on time, explained what he was going to do, answered all questions, and gave preventive maintenance instructions. Installation and cleanup were excellent. We are very pleased.

They were punctual, they did a good job, and I would recommend them.

First contact: Mike is courteous and prompt, Knows his product. Professional install was competed by Ray. He does excellant work. He removed old windows and took all debris with him. Concrete work is clean, and windows look absolutely great!

We had 9 windows replaced with Masonry and Glass Systems, Inc. in June 2010. We got three estimates from three different companies. Masonry and Glass Systems offered a good energy efficient window (U factor 0.27) and a reasonable price. They were easy to work with, and did the work in a timely manner. We didn?t get a lot of forewarning before they came over, but luckily we had moved everything out of the room the weekend prior. We had to pay a $755 for lead containment, which is to be expected for an old house. Overall, we were happy with the process and would recommend them.

Great experience from day one. It is 6 years later and these windows look as good as new. Customized to fit the windows, add dryer vent, and allow small windows for ventilation.
