Description of Work: Had them install glass block windows in my basement. They did an excellent job!

Description of Work: We replaced a 4 x 4 window above our bathtub with glass blocks. they came and measured and gave us an estimate and rushed the order because we were having some other work done in the master bath the following week. The window looks great - gives us light, yet privacy.

Description of Work: I was looking at replacing the windows in my home with either Soft-Lite or Sunrise vinyl replacement windows. I contacted Masonry & Glass Systems and Mike came out to my home to give me a bid. Mike knew his product, was professional and personable and gave me insight into the problems I was having with my older, drafty vinyl windows. He presented me with a detailed bid that included the cost of the windows, the glass block and security basement windows and my sliding patio door. I found Mike to be fair and honest in his bidding approach. Mike even made arrangements with Sunrise to get me the sliding patio door I wanted, Marty, Jason and Steve recently installed 8 Soft-Lite Elements windows, 4 basement windows with glass block and a security window and the patio door. They were true craftsmen. They went about their work in a measured way and even managed to remove the 2 aluminum casement windows in my bathrooms without so much as chipping one tile. They answered my questions, requested my thoughts on placement and installation of the trim wrap and cap and meticulously installed my windows and doors. They were very neat and left the work area cleaner than when they began. I am completely thrilled with my windows. The Soft-Lite Element windows are top of the line energy efficient windows and the whole process with Masonry GLass was the same-top notch, timely and thoroughly professional. I could not be happier. I cannot more highly recommend Masonry Glass, Mike, Marty, Mike, Jason and Steve. Thanks guys....can't wait for you to install my new entry, garage-entry and storm doors. I know that they will be installed as professionally as the windows. Folks, if you are thinking of replacing windows....you have to give Masonry Glass a call. You will be glad you did.
