Description of Work: Replace furnace and air conditioner. Everything went very well except they moved furniture in family room without our knoeledge and broke my wife's antique sewing cabinet and a couple knick nacks.

Description of Work: Furnace tune up. Diagnosed furnace with crscked heat exchanger and bad switch. All leading to the need for a new furnace. Later checked by another HVAC company and Laclede Gas both of which found no problems with furnace or heat exchanger.

Great job.
Description of Work: Air was not cooling the house. I called another company first, but this time of year they were too busy, and could not come out until the next week. JETCO told me that they might be able to come out later in the day, and they would call me about thirty minutes later to let me know that one of their guys could come by. Carl came over and filled up my unit with Freon and gave me some advice since he knew that there is probably a leak, but it's very expensive to search for the leak, and not to worry about it now unless it happens earlier than the same time next year. Thanks Carl. So far, all is well.
