I would recommend this company to everyone! I had a difficult time getting someone to come out to Jefferson county. They came over gave us a bid worked around our schedule. They were there on time and worked very efficiently! Also Todd and his staff were to polite and did a wonderful job!

One of the toughest things about moving is finding qualified Doctors, Mechanics and Contractors at the new location. Since 1973 I've moved eighteen times! I think that makes me qualified to say how TERRIBLE most contractors are. They promise the moon, but almost always underdeliver, come in overbudget and rarely completely finish the job. I feel very fortunate to have found Todd. It's really simple, he is the contractor we all want working on our projects. Listing Todd's attributes is easy and gt; works hard, listens to what you want, communicates his progress throughout the project, gives great feed back on options, shows up on time, works all day, cleans up the work area every day, negotiates the lowest cost on supplies, doesn't leave the job until you are satisified that it is finished and does every job like his reputation depends on it...cause it does. Todd doesn't know it, but if I move again...he is going with me!

Affordable, professional, and on time.

The first project that we hired Martin Building and Home Solutions to do was the fireplace stack. After years of damage and leaking through the fireplace, it was time to replace. From matching 30 year old brick to clean up, we were extremely impressed and satisfied. As we decided to update the interior of the house, there was one choice to make for the job. Owner Todd Martin made everything smooth and as least stressful as possible. We started with carpeting three bedrooms, including new baseboards. Great lengths were taken to remedy creaks in the flooring before the carpet was installed and the installers were prompt and professional. Then we began a master bathroom remodel including tile floor, vanity, installation of a new medicine cabinet mirror, toilet leak, replacing all wall plumbing and fixtures in shower/tub surround and replacement of exhaust fan. They also replaced all wall plumbing and fixtures in the main bathroom. The timeframe was amazing. So were the details. While this work was occurring, our mailbox was vandalized. Within 24 hours, Todd replaced it with a great looking mailbox and post that the neighbors have all complimented. Of all of this work, we felt comfortable discussing options and special circumstances that arose. It is very clear that Todd takes pride in the job that he does as well as the people he trusts to hire. I continue to make a list for more projects I would like for them to do for us. VERY happy with results- I would recommend Martin Building and Home Solutions ten times over!
