 + -1 moreI searched for door companies and window companies and I ended up using Lowe's. I used the Benton location. The cost was about 2000. What stood out about them is the quality of the door for the price. My interactions with them were fine. The selection there is good.
Description of Work: I got a new front door. They installed that in October 30th.

 + 0 moreWe replaced an old ceiling fan that we had bought from them many years ago. At the store we found a Hunter fan, which is the kind I like to buy and the price was reasonable and within our budget. Their customer service is real good. Their selection is real good.
Description of Work: We purchased a new ceiling fan and light from Lowe's of Gravois Bluffs. We installed the ceiling fan.

 + -1 moreThey didn t install the heater and we had a plumber install it. They said the previous heater was a manufacturing defect and they replaced it, but it is just the aggravation you have to go through, but Lowe s were good about it.

 + -1 moreThey did a fantastic job installing our flooring. Very professional in every aspect. The whole job only took 3 days from start to finish. And the price was very reasonable.
Description of Work: They ripped up our old linoleum in our kitchen, parquet floor in our foyer, and carpeting in our dining room. Then they installed a hardwood floor laminate. It was approximately 1000 square feet of area.

 + -1 moreTHE STAFF AT LOWE'S WAS VERY INFORMATIVE AND HELPFUL WITH THE ORDERING PROCESS. THEY EXPLAINED HOW TO MEASURE OUR WINDOWS TO MAKE SURE WE GET A PERFECT FIT. MY HUSBAND AND I SHOPPED AROUND TO VARIOUS OTHER DEPARTMENT STORES AND WE FOUND LOWE'S TO BE THE LEAST EXPENSIVE PLACE TO PURCHASE WHAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR (EVEN WITH THE DISCOUNTS THAT THE OTHER STORES OFFERED). THE SALESPERSON TOLD US IT WOULD TAKE APPROXIMATELY 4-6 WEEKS FOR DELIVERY, HOWEVER, THE BLINDS WERE DELIVERED TO OUR HOME AT NO EXTRA CHARGE IN TWO WEEKS! WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THE BLINDS AND PLAN TO GO BACK TO LOWE'S TO PURCHASE BLINDS FOR OUR DINING ROOM SOON!
