Excellent experience. I called Kirkwood at 8 a.m. in connection with a toilet problem. Less than an hour later, Glenn appeared at my house and fixed the problem in 5 minutes. He was professional, highly competent, and personable. He charged me only the minimum fee for a visit -- $117, very reasonable in today's market. I'll definitely call Kirkwood Plumbing for any future plumbing services. If there were 6 available stars instead of 5, that's what I'd give them.

I had kitchen sink that clogged and i tried everything for 3-4 days nothing worked, called few other places on Saturday and they said soonest is Monday. When i called Kirkwood they said someone will go today! Mr. Brandon Miller came to my house with smile and very polite attitude and got my sink unclogged in no time, he was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. He even gave me many tips on how to maintain my pipes so that way they dont get clogged. Mr Brandon I thank you so much!!!

Description of Work: We had a sewer smell that was progressively getting worse and suspected a crack in a vent stack. Kirkwood plumbing had us tear out a wall to inspect pipes in bathroom. They announced it was a vent stack for the bathrooms. They tore everything out and replaced it. The smell remained as bad as ever. My friend pointed us to O'Laughlin's plumbing. They came out and before tearing out any more walls ran a camera through the pipes to find out that it was a sizable hole in the kitchen stack. Came back promptly, did more work than kirkwood, even put a sink back in the bathroom that Kirkwood had not reinstalled for us and ended up charging us $1300 which included the camera work and sprinkled a fair amount of bio-powder in our crawl space to help with the smell. Was very disappointed that Kirkwood didn't have the smarts to run the camera first before tearing out something that was not the problem and that they had left us with an uninstalled sink and holes in the wall.
